  2. Yes, welcome back Wayne. It is great that your return to the bench gave you such a sense of satisfaction. And yes, hopefully you will return to the bench much more frequently in the future! LOL
  3. The .5 needle/nozzle from an Iwata Revolution series is cross referenced as the optional set for the Iwata HP-CS. I have done this to my HP-CS, and it is much more forgiving in terms of paint viscosity. You can download the parts/users manual for an Iwata Revolution. This will give you the Iwata part numbers for the needle, nozzle and nozzle cap. Hope this helps. I just found the information for the 0.5 needle. The Iwata part number is I 617 1
  4. Wow, a couple of Meister Braus and Orange Blossom Specials ... wish I had those in my stash LOL
  5. Good progress so far. You have my interest. What a wicked, fast car that was.
  6. Should you end up with this second HP-CS, you could have one set up with the .35 needle and the other with the .5 needle. That way, no need to switch.

    BMW i8

The interior is Tom's usual outstanding work. Look here: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/105936-bmw-i8/
  8. You have some great kits to choose from. Having some with Tamiya front forks is a bonus.
  9. 917s and 956s are my favourite Porsches. This looks to be a beauty.
  10. I really like your non-shiny build. The flathead looks right at home.
  11. I have a C-1 kit for the F12 Berlinetta. After seeing your amazing build, I better get the Fujimi kit soon. I really like the colour, and everything about your model.
  12. Pat, I really like your take on this '69 Mustang.
  13. This is just jaw-dropping WOW!
  14. Sweet Porsche build!
  15. Well done. This truly does justice to a legendary Porsche.
  16. Awesome build Robert. I really like the livery you chose and the cleanliness of build.
  17. Stian, excellent additions to any model collection. How did you score that many Tamiya motorcycle kits?
  18. My thinking was that the Pacific Rim market has remained pretty steady without a resurgence affect. I'm not positive, but haven't the armor and aircraft kit markets been pretty steady as well? The United States and Canada are definitely seeing this product offerings upswing, especially in relation to automotive model kits and aftermarket products. That was my thinking behind my original statement.
  19. I would agree if it was rephrased as,"Are car model kits making a comeback in North America?"
  20. You are making great progress. In no time you will be able to post it in the Under Glass section. Keep it going!
  21. Jonathan, are you doing the boxart livery, or do you a set of aftermarket decals?
