All the 1/25-scale Revell ‘69 Camaro hardtop kits have the base interior. Probably easiest to start with the common Z/28 kit with the blue built up on the box. It’s built as a Rally Sort on the box, but the parts for the standard grille and taillights are included too.

Yes, Ed Sexton brought this display to NNL Milwaukee yesterday.

I've seen the Imperial, but still haven't spotted the AMT '60 Chevy Apache with the go-kart.

I do too. The tread is best not talked about, but the overall size and proportions are surprisingly good. Was playing with them on a ‘64 Impala, and think the resulting stance is cool.

Yeah, was thinking it might include that Christmas Tree. The various MPC GTO kits had some neat drag stuff over the years, including a straight-axle front end. Kinda hoping they found some cool stuff in their collection of mold inserts and are doing some creative mixing and matching.

I'm very curious to see what's going to be included in the '67 GTO. And really looking forward to the Schwinn Stingray!

Tamiya Paint Source

Model Empire in West Allis, Wisconsin, has a Tamiya rack in their store. Don't know if they will ship it, but you could call them and ask. -
Revell-Venice issued the Cadet kits in America with different box art and chrome parts around 1962.

The part probably wasn’t moved in the mold. My guess is that the shot was cut on opposite sides of the part in the two pictures.

There are interchangeable inserts for the sedan roof so it can be set up "smooth" or with the open sunroof. The insert line is visible on the pink street machine and the later '60s beetle with the flower decals. Pretty sure the flares were added for the California Bug issue in the Seventies. The 'stock" wheels that can be on the chrome tree are deeper than the style that came unplated.

Wheel Back I.D. Help, Please
Don Sikora II replied to Casey's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Found the wheel back by chance today. It's in the Revell 1972 Cutlass Supreme custom (85-4275). Appears your piece is for the front of the car, part #75. The part has a thin rib on the side that locates against the outer wheel, so the sanding on your part probably removed that rib. Very surprised it's a Revell piece! -
That's a very nice build! Did the stock grille insert from the '67 Cyclone annual end up in the Fireball 500 Barracuda? If so, that's a great bit of trivia!

I have an Airfix Quickbuild Beetle. Haven't tried to scale it out, but judging by the roof section it looks a bit bigger than the new-tool 1/24 Revell kit to me.
