The hose clamps look great as does the under-hood tubing. You should be able to remove the AWG stamp by using some lacquer thinner on a small cotton bud. David G.

Hello Everybody! I was able to get a few more photos together. Gotta love those tail fins! But there's not much trunk space. This photo does a pretty good job of showing the color though. Here's some interior detail. It's not easy to see here but I actually went to the trouble of making a cord for the phone's handset. Sorry for the dust all over the dashboard, we'll have to have a chat with Alfred later. The hood opens to show off the big block Ford engine in the simple yet functional engine bay. Hello Everybody! Here's my latest addition to the Batman Universe. The DC Comics 1960's Batmobile by Polar Lights. This car is based on the Lincoln Futura Batmobile from the TV series in the Sixties which was designed by George Barris. In addition to the detailed scale model, figures for both Batman and Robin are included. For those who may be interested in how it all came together, I have a complete build thread in the WIP Section. And more photos of the completed model in the Under Glass Section. I thought that the first couple of images were your inspiration photos, until I realized that they were the actual diorama. ? Obviously, very convincing rust effects and a nicely composed scene overall! David G.

Thank you David, I'm rather pleased with the way they turned out too. Thanks Ray, I appreciate it. Thank you Emre. I'm glad I went with the blue instead of black, I think it turned out much better. My cell phone camera took excellent photos until it was updated about a year after I purchased it. After the update, the colors and overall contrast seemed to be muted or flattened and it became difficult to get anything resembling a good photo. This has happened with the last two phones I owned and is what largely inspired me to get an actual digital camera. I think LG does this to goad their customers into "upgrading" to a newer model. I have to say that in spite of the learning curve of adapting to a digital camera, I'm much more pleased with the control I have over the image quality. I do miss the convenience of using my phone to take photos but I never know what the next update will bring as far as photographic quality. Best Regards, David G.
