  1. Next weekend April 8th & 9th is the Milwaukee NNL # 25 on Sat. and the swap meet on Sunday. We're lookin' for 1000 models on the display tables, and there will be club displays, a giant raffle, a great DJ playin' some rock 'n roll also Hope to see you there.
  2. I thought that Fremont Racing folded up a long time ago, no?
  3. Medical Science can only do so much in any given situation, and if you look back you'll see that medical science has come an awfully long way in the past 50 years. It's even mind boggling what medical technology has to offer these days. Yes miracles do happen, and we can only hope.
  4. That Sunliner is beautiful, as I really like the styling change that Ford made after that horrible '59 model.
  5. I was lucky enough to visit the Chrysler Museum in 2002 after attending the Toledo NNL that same weekend. It was a great experience.
  6. I don't think so on that Fury, although the '71 Road Runner and GTX kits were made.
  7. Wow, very interesting and thanks!
  8. Looks like you "nailed it," congrats.
  9. I recently met the owners of Scenes Unlimited, and they are really nice people. I plan on ordering some of their stuff in the near future.
  10. What an awesome build on that Milner dragster Art, an excellent job!
  11. Very nice job on that "bowtie" Mr. Mike, as you nailed it!
  12. Go for it, and you'll be happy you did.
  13. Some builders will strip a paint job at the drop of a pin, me I don't remember the last time I've stripped paint off a model car body. I did get a blemish or run one time, let it fully dry, sanded it, blended in some paint, and "presto" I was ready to rock!
  14. Very sad news to say the least. I've been prayin' for Harry everyday, however sometimes prayers are not enough. I've also heard of people entering hospice 4 or 5 times, but I suppose that doesn't happen too often. I hope that Harry will recognize his children and I'll be keepin' him in my thoughts & prayers.
  15. It was really convenient when Bob had the business, as we belong to the same clubs together. I would be able to give Bob parts to be chromed, or receive plated parts at the meetings.
  16. I think that the tax dollars they use to build the stadium should come from the area's businesses as they will be benefiting the most when the Raiders move to Vegas.
  17. What a great lookin' General, and I just love dem Mopars!
  18. You don't need an "up top" Bill, as your Sunliner looks beautiful.
  19. It won't, as I can guarantee it. People can't walk in a parking lot, in a store, mall, crossing the street, walking down the side walk, riding their bicycles, riding their skateboards, etc. without their eyes fixed on their iphones.
  20. I wouldn't know, so that's why I'm asking. Would driving a stick shift car today interfere with cell phone use or texting, and iPod use, or no?
  21. I did construction work also and when my doc replaced my knees, he said that going up and down ladders and stairs helped cause my problems. After two knee replacements, no more stick shift for me.
  22. Being a gasser fan myself, I'd say you did a great job on that '57 Jason, and the injectors look like they came from one of AMT's '40 Ford kits if I recall.
  23. Twenty five minutes, that's all? I used to be "gear jammin" for 'bout an hour to work, and another hour back home. It got old real quick.
  24. Seeing as how the paint chip is minuscule, I would touch it up with a brush and when dry I would use 8,000 & 12,000 grit polishing cloths to level it out with the rest of the paint. Or you could even touch it up with a paint pen also. If the damage is that small, I wouldn't put too much effort into repairs, as I have plenty of other projects I could be building.
