Merry Christmas to all of you and your families, and may the New Year bring you joy.
While the Christmas holidays are a joyous time of the year for a lot of folks, for some people there is little or no joy. Think about it, how about the homeless, the lonely people like ones who recently lost their mate or a family member, the isolated people, people who are poor, hungry, or living with no utilities at home, or the sick, the incarcerated people, people in the hospitals, or people living in nursing homes or homes for seniors with no one to visit them, and the list goes on. We should always be thankful for what we have as others are not so fortunate.
