  1. If you are using acrylic paint you can mix in some Liquitex Iridescent Medium to get a metallic effect.
  2. Very cool Model T sled!
  3. From what one of my fellow Canadians told me about his discussion at the Moebius booth at Motor City NNL was that, indeed, angry letters are what's needed. Apparently the new owners are not that interested in the automotive side and if we want to see the models released that had been shown before the sale, you have to let Pegasus know we really want them. It seems silly but it does explain the sound of crickets on news about Moebius releases. That said we have now seen the box art for the Ford truck and service bed so who knows about the rest.
  4. Yes, it seems to happening here in Canada as well. Drastically reduced shelving for models or none at all in some stores.
  5. Very nice clean build of that Chevy. Kudos!

  20. Wow! Beautiful truck. Great scallop work. Kudos!
  21. My spray booth area was designed with sitting to paint in mind. But I now find I prefer to stand which now means bending over to do the painting.
  22. Andrew, if you look just below here there is already a thread about Paul & Joe both being burned out. Sad hews indeed.
  23. You could try Scalemates. But the best source is the book by Coulter & Shelton, The Directory of Model Cars/Prices.
  24. Fiskars makes a nice cushioned handle that fits the hand nicely. Can be found on Amazon, I believe.
  25. Great pics, Tim. Saw you there yesterday but did not get a chance to day hello. Dean Milano and Mat Irvine were behind us in line. I recognized Dean but did not realize that was Mat Irvine. It was a great show.
