  1. You're welcome. I don't know if it will work any better but some people never visit the General section.
  2. Would this work better in the Where's Waldo section designed just for this type of question?
  3. Very cool tour, Joe. Like the Coney Island tour this is an interesting walk down memory lane.
  4. Hope you had a great Canada Day as well, Cale. It was a hot one here so we didn't venture out of the house much.
  5. Silly sideways look at your projects...... Who would win? James Bond or Batman? Best wishes on your small goals project.
  6. Sweet stove bolt Chevy! Nice clean build. Kudos!
  7. Great job on that Woody Wagon!
  8. Cool! I've heard of Coney Island but it's nice to see what the place is really like. Thanks for the tour, Joe.
  9. Great report, Art! Glad Gene got to see John's recreation of his shop. Kudos on a successful event.
  10. Beautiful clean builds of these Jeeps! Great scratchbuilding on the laser rifles.
  11. That white thing looks like it should be buried under an avalanche!
  12. In Canada there is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. The Post Office is closed. If you have a package it can be picked up at an auxiliary site at the grocery store but don't bother going to look at your postal box on the weekends or holidays.
  13. Sweet build, Andre. Nice to see the prototype cars built up.
  14. Very cool little kit to have available especially with the Hyper Pak.
  15. Very cool! Nice save on that old kit.
  16. Not in kit form but it is available in a resin body.
  17. Moebius was at NNL East showing the upcoming releases but I did not get a chance to ask about whether they knew release dates yet or not. They showed the Nova as well as the sixties Ford pickups.
  18. It would make a great Batmobile. I have to wonder how aerodynamic those projections (front fenders?) are. Seems to me they would cause drag (which may be the point of them). Doubt they would pass the safety gurus here in North America.
  19. Promos were assembled models given out by auto dealerships when you came into the showroom to help promote car sales. Later on the model companies started offering the promos in kit form for people to build themselves. I'm sure someone else will give a clearer explanation.
  20. I understand what you're saying but years ago Revell tried the tuner thing with nicely done Ford Focus, Acura Integra and Honda Civic. I don't believe they sold that well. Enough so to discourage putting more money into such types of kits again. So do you put your money where you know there is a demand or into something you hope might bring people in but you loose big time if they don't sell? It's a difficult call. It seems to work well for the Asian manufacturers as the hobby is alive and well in other continents but just not, it seems, in North America.
  21. While Internet Hobbies is taking a hit as scamming people, I've seen at least one other model seller on Facebook claiming that this is true information.
  22. I'm pretty sure I missed some vendors. Used to Barrie layout. This layout had vendors this way and that and around corners. Thought I caught everyone but I may have forgotten to go back to the opposite side of the entrance.
  23. Beautiful (dirty) build, Paul. Kudos!
  24. Ironically the only Podcasts I listen to are the ones that make it to YouTube like Kibbe & Finnegan (Finnegan from Roadkill) & Motorweek podcast. Don't know where they originate from but I watch them when they hit the Tube.
