May the upgrade gods be merciful and hopefully the computer gremlins will all sleep in.
Short term I think there will be increases which will affect sales. Hopefully when the dust settles the greed factor won't kick and and part of the tariff cost won't end up permanently.
For those of us who have enough kits to build for several millenia might be a time to reduce the kit stash.
For those without a lot of kits more time detailing might be a way to extend the modeling experience.
Also might be the time to explore doing some scratchbuilding.
Thanks for the info on the cutter. Seems like it could really help for complex cuts. Hopefully Dave will be able to roundup the gremlins so you can post more photos.
I agree it would cost a oot more to manufacture here in the states. The other oroblem is China won't let the tooling out of the country. Also there are no cad files for most of round2s stuff.
Will be interesting to see how much kits go up. Don't see China being the one to blink. They have leverage because they have a lot of US bonds. That would allow them to put some hurt if they dumped some on the bond market.
