  1. Its a shame that none of those who feel that they know how to develop and sell a kit doesn't step up to the plate to show everyone how it should be done! It would demonstrate to all that it can be done.
  2. The answer to why is you would make fewer factual errors if you had the kit you were talking about in hand.
  3. So how are you doing a review of a kit when you don't have one? To review something you should have one in your possession.
  4. You are doing a review of the kit. What slicks are in the kit?
  5. So Regular guy what slicks are in your kit you posted in your first post?
  6. In regards tovthe 57 Ford the kit has posable wheels not steerage. If they were steerage you would turn the wheel.
  7. Well done. Don't see many Willys with sixs. Nice work on the paint.
  8. Nicely done. Looks great.
  9. Nice job. But it isn't a cobra.
  10. It used to be a mans word meant something was the rule rather than the exception. More telling is we live in an age where some claim there are alternate facts. A very sad commentary on the world. Unfortunately I see things getting a lot worse before that get better.
  11. The Bossa Nova hemi is the same as the hemi in the Double dragster kit.
  12. Instead of directly saying that he is cheating I would say that his inaccurate counting can appear to some as cheating. And that you are sure that it is not his intention. This gives him a way to save face but for you to make him aware that his counting is becoming an issue. Just a thought.
  13. Some great looking engines.
  14. Cool. Will be fun watching. Glad you are building it.
  15. The answer is maybe. You really want to test your primer on some of the sprue to see if it will craze otherwise you could have an issue. There have been several posts recently that the newer kits and the current primers don't always play together. Better to test than to ruin a kit.
  16. Nice work Ray. Wonder number cobra is this. Glad to see you are building again.
  17. Wow. Amazing update. Now I know why the fireworks were going off last night.
  18. The Revell ad is incorrect in its usage of scratchbuilt. Scratchbuilding is making parts from raw materials. The part packs allowed you to create your own kit. The AMT engine parts packs had a Chrysler Hemi, Corvair, 283 chevy, Pontaic 421, and Allison. There never was a 427 Cammer in the AMT parts packs.
  19. Wow it came out great. What beautiful work.
  20. It is absolutely criminal what was done to toys r us. Who needs to rob a bank when such thievery is legal. Perfect example of the "Golden Rule" , those that have the gold make the rules.
  21. The value of this site is people posting meaningful information. Three errors in one post is not meaningful information. FYI you are going to be waiting a long time, Tognotti's T was irreversibly modified into another kit. It wouldn't be cost effective for Round2 to retool the kit. They are spending most of there money on creating scifi kits which is a much more lucrative product.
  22. Not only did you get the name wrong the car is a T not a coupe. Also his first name was Don not Tom. Please check your facts before posting. Google is your friend.
