Very sad news indeed. I'd known John personally for about 20 years from when I lived in NY and I'd go to model shows there. We had a few model building sessions together at another departed modeler's home (Dave Dickash) John was a great friend, modeler, musician and car guy. My heart goes out to his wife Amy. John will be missed.

I wish there was a decent kit of this car. I have a good unwarped promo that I'll be redoing some day soon, unless I can score one of the 1/24 scale Mint issued diecasts for a decent price on EBAY.
