So i may be wrong. Ps. Ill need to ck. But i used to have an extra 62 hardtop kit. I know I have at least one ea of an original conv and hardtop. "I think " i have a spare hardtop.. Tough. Yes. Impossible. No. Ive bought trashed / customized builtups just for the interior. I think i have 2 maybe 3 correct interiors stashed away. Last one i bought cost me maybe $25 give or take. I put the later tub in it and resold the builtup kit for cheap. -

I personally thing it dries a little shinier than Tamiya clear. All these were shot with it , straight out of the can. with no polishing of any kind -

You know I'm not a bug fan of the later sixties big Fords like this . Love the 64 and earlier cars though But WOW you sure have me thinking I need one ,,,,or 3

Selling here or not makes no difference to me or not. But I will say the silence since taking several peoples money for lifetime subscription speaks VOLUMES. ( I was NOT one of them ) I certainly wish him well in this latest adventure. BUT if this goes bad . And I seriously hope it doesnt ,,, It will put a stake thru the heart in the mag without question

Yes, PLEASE. and ANY livery is fine with me .

My plan is thin down to just old annuals and vintage drag cars. Those alone probably amount to over 200 cars, still more than I'll likely finish before I'm breathing dirt. But the rest are going bye bye , piece by piece. I'm in process of buying a rather expensive vintage 1/1 car. that I want to have here by years end. And as such,,, odds are my time at the bench will become even less than it already has the past couple years
-
I built an AMT 1970 Superbee years ago and used the Monogram wheels and tires and they looked right at home.
-
Ive already begun the thinning process. I plan to thin at least a few hundred kits out of the pile over the next year ,,or less if I can My wife and daughters have already said they have no interest in the unbuilt stuff.( regardless of age , condition, subject matter or value) Should something happen to me, they would sell the unbuilts and builders and keep the built stuff.

Im not a motorcycle guy , or even any kind of Harley fan. But this caught my eye for the simple coolness of it https://www.ebay.com/itm/Maisto-1-24-Harley-Davidson-1936-EL-Knucklehead-Motorcycle-and-1948-Ford-F-1/333180969647 -
Shame to see such a car in this shape. But I'm afraid this one is well beyond the option to bring it back,,,,,,,, IMO

32 or 36 car ? The highest I see is a 24 car case. And Ive narrowed it down too probably a 21 car case due to the spacing between shelves. I would like the angled shelves style but the spacing is to narrow for a few of mine .The tallest build I have is right at 3" in height This one https://shop.carneyplastics.com/NASCAR-Diecast-Model-Car-Display-Case-21-Car-124-P446.aspx or this one https://shop.carneyplastics.com/Diecast-Model-Car-Display-Case-21-Car-124-Long-P526.aspx

1967 - 69 Camaro Wire Wheel Covers?
gtx6970 replied to crowe-t's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Looks like the 1966 convertible kit has wires. but looks like they have a spinner center cap though. Might be a good start though -
I tend to dis-agree. for example. Just to put a number on it There are 25 produced / sold , all listed in the auction format. He's done well. And sure enough interest dies off. Add in the mold deteriorates and owner decided not to recast it due to slow down in sales But IMO more can/would be sold if its listed at a far market price . One hit, boom done. My gut tells me quite a few more would get sold. ,,,again IMO only
