landman Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 Clearing my browsing history in the control panels seems to have cleared it up.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 I can’t find a rhyme for or reason. It works then it don’t. Sometimes my phone will work and my laptop won’t. Sometimes my desktop will and my laptop won’t. Sometimes my laptop works and my phone doesn’t. Sometimes it kicks me out in the middle of a post. No clearing seems to work , only waiting. Tried Chrome, Firefox, and my phone runs Safari. I’m just post this so the moderators will have an idea of how odd this seems to be.
TarheelRick Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 It would not work for me an hour ago. I went to the site url and it opened. This has been happening to me for two or three days now, seems more prevalent in the AM hours as opposed to PM hours.
Dave Ambrose Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 Our hosting company ran into some Directory Name Service problems. It should be cleared up now, but you might have some locally stored information that isn't up to date yet. Clearing your browser cache, or rebooting the computer should clear the problem. Thanks, Dave Ambrose
89AKurt Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 I was having this problem too, using the bookmark icon on my Safari home page! It's a conspiracy...... ?
Warren D Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 Just happened to me again, after browse cache clear.
Dave Van Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 Getting kicked out to a generic 'model' search site.........after 3-4 tries I get in.

Bucky Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 (edited) Working so far on this old PC. Last night, I couldn't get the site to pull at all. This old PC is running Windows XP, version 2002. Never had a glitch on the android phone, or the newer PC, which is a Windows 10 unit. All three running on the same home network. I run the android on wi-fi at the house. On the Cricket network away from home, MCM forum still runs fine. I wonder if Windows XP might be part of the problem? EDIT: I see from the above post that Windows 10 shares the same problem. DRIPTROIT 71 Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 Not working right now on my laptop with Firefox and Windows 7. Working on my phone with Safari.
BigTallDad Posted February 2, 2020 Author Posted February 2, 2020 I finally got on this afternoon. Looked at a thread, then clicked Forums, and received the dreaded message again.

bobthehobbyguy Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Just had the issue on my iphone. Sometimes clearing history and cookies help but not this time. No issue on android tablet with chromium.
OldTrucker Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Been happening to me on and off since yesterday.
Joe Handley Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Same here, not just on one device either, been having this happen with the HP Laptop I bought 13 months ago using the Firefox browser (haven't tried the preinstalled Microsoft browser yet on this issue), my Galaxy S5 (almost 6 years old) using the Firefox Mobile app, as well as the brand new iPod I inherited from Mom (Dad just gave it to her for Christmas).
Warren D Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Still going on this morning. Win 10 and Firefox.
blackbeard Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 I been getting the same message , I even cleaned the cookies and still got that same message
Dave Ambrose Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 I found the source of the problem late last night. Will get it fixed as soon as I can. Thanks for being patient.
