NOBLNG Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 (edited) This a really nice kit. I had a minor Interference issue getting the interior tub and floor pan to tuck up high enough on the passenger side, and no locating points for the front valence. Other than that, everything fit great. Yellow is Tamiya TS-16 decanted and airbrushed. The roof is Tamiya gloss black with one coat of Tamiya XF-86 flat clear. espo Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Looks great with a really bright yellow finish. The vinyl roof is very realistic looking and I also like how you detailed the engine bay.
doorsovdoon Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Beautiful build. I like the colour combo, and that yellow looks great. Surprisingly hard to find a yellow that looks right without looking like a taxi or a bright banana. This looks perfect.
Dragonhawk1066 Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Looks great, nicely done! Great job on the roof!
Misha Posted October 10, 2020 Posted October 10, 2020 Great looking build Greg! Especially like your execution and finish of the vinyl top. The hot yellow really suits the Charger and the roof makes it complete. Followed your WIP build, thanks for sharing. Cheers Misha
Snake45 Posted October 10, 2020 Posted October 10, 2020 Very clean build, very nice! Well done and model on!
NOBLNG Posted October 10, 2020 Author Posted October 10, 2020 Thanks for the appreciation everyone. I believe this year of Charger has the nicest lines of any of them. A guy in my hometown had one close to this color that I remember admiring when I was a kid.
GMP440 Posted October 10, 2020 Posted October 10, 2020 Awesome build. How did you do the round side marker lights?
TooOld Posted October 10, 2020 Posted October 10, 2020 I like it a lot ! May have to try building one myself .
