Kromolly Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Since pickups were included earlier... it's hard to beat the Diamond T, in my opinion.

BeakDoc Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Lots of beautiful bodies in this thread for sure. ‘68 & ‘69 Charger/Charger 500 is what floats my boat though.

mchook Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Everyone tells me I'm nuts but I LOVE these cars, 1961 Chrysler 300.

This is one of those examples of how amazing it is to me how Chrysler could make such a seemingly weird and homely car look so aggressive! Steve

I just started watching the reruns of Crime Story on Pluto TV, and I think the hero is driving one of these. Crime Story is a great show if you like spotting cars of the '50s/early '60s. ETA: Just checked the webernets and apparently it was a '57. Sorry. Edited April 22, 2021 by Snake45
bbowser Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 I'm drawn to the Art Deco period, but that '71 Riviera is mighty nice too!
webestang Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Still to me one of the sexiest cars ever made........
doorsovdoon Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Probably my favourite American car design has to be the '65/'66 Pontiac Bonneville's and Grand Prix, just stunning lines all round.
DonW Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 I do like the Daytona, best are the Plexiglass front ones with 9 inch rear wheels. Here's my selection: Best sports / racer - 250 GTO Ferrari. Best touring car - Woolf Barnato's 'Blue Train' Speed Six Gurney Nutting coupe. Best daily driver BMW 2002 ti Alpina
ranma Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Since we had a larger family I grew up with a love for the GM "clamshell" station wagon's Dad bought a new Catalina 400 wagon in 1971 which was a Brown color Pontiac called it bronze.
Venom Posted April 23, 2021 Author Posted April 23, 2021 I think the one that says “1973” on the license plate would have to be my favorite .... just because it’s green.
iamsuperdan Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 Well, if we're doing trucks as well, for me it's the GMT400 series. 1988 through 1998. Well, through 2000 if we include the Tahoe/Yukon. For me, there is no bad angle, and there nothing "wrong" with these. Design, function...everything just perfect.
JollySipper Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 The Dodge Sweptline trucks get my vote for best looking truck body style..... I had one years ago, a short box, wish I had kept it......

sfhess Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 Surprised that no one has posted the second-generation F-bodies.
sfhess Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 one more. 73 Grand Am. I think the 40door looks better.
