1959scudetto Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 My last remaining muscle car: JoHan's old snap-kit out of the box, automotive laquer spray-painted, wheels from the (amt) parts box. 5
michelle Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 nice work i wish revell or round 2 would make a kit of the 72 and 73 torino sports so we can have a easy to get more detialed factory stock kit of these
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Looks great, been looking for one to add to the collection.
cobraman Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 Model looks good and I love the real car. I bought a new Torino Sport in 73. Nice car but holy cow that front bumper. It was a good place to sit !
Snake45 Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 Here's another one you hardly ever see anymore. Very well done and model on!

Bills72sj Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 Very nicely done. I need to add that kit to my wishlist.
Dodge Driver Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 Very sharp Torino. The exterior/interior colors complement one another perfectly.

Thanks Walter - if I had it still today, I probably would detail it with parts from Revell's Starsky & Hutch Fran Torino and paint it in dark green like in Clint Eastwood`s movie.

Thank you Frank - the interior is still unpainted - the kit was molded in that cream color.
John1955 Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 I owned the real thing many years ago, a '72 Gran Torino, Jo-Han got the body perfect.

I would say JoHan kits often are lacking in details, but their proportions always look spot-on! 4 hours ago, Classicgas said: Nice! Thanks, Lee!
Monty Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 OK, I'm jealous. A hard-to-find Johan kit of (IMO) Ford's best looking Torino, done up in a great shade of red. Very nice!
espo Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Great looking build and the color and the finish really show the body lines.
Bainford Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Nice looking Torino. A simple kit, but they got the shape right. Looks great in red. I have an old gluebomb rescue that I've been slowly putting a plan together to build. I'm feeling a bit inspired.
