Calling this one done.

Tamiya kit with Scale Productions Porsche Fuchs wheels, Ice Man Collections engine, Lucas-style fog lights from Spot Model, lowered stance, Tamiya Intermediate Blue and TS13 clear.

Beautiful looking VW. The paint color looks great, and the finish is really smooth. Clean details everywhere you look. Got the stance.

Wow very nice build i still love the old VW bugs I am 70 i had a couple of them back in the late 60's and 70's back then you could pick one up for $300 to $400 bucks and they were so easy to work on and even main Hot Rod Mags had ads for custom parts for the body and engine you brought an old favorite back to life. Thanks for showing the Iceman motor I checked out his site and ordered some motors and some parts.

Real pretty little Bug. Just enough.  :D

About the same color as my first real one, but all it had was a warmed-over 40 horse & chrome-reverse Chevy wheels.

Sure would like to have this in full scale today.
