Dennis Lacy Posted April 29, 2023 Posted April 29, 2023 GO GO GO! Man, you’ve been hustling. 99.5% of people looking at this model will have no idea how you built that extra cab. I wasn’t sure when you started cutting but it sure came out awesome. 1
atomicholiday Posted April 29, 2023 Posted April 29, 2023 I’m not big on primer normally but that looks awesome! Great work. 1
XYHARRY Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Awsome build Kit. It has that 60s Munster Koach look about it. Maybe Eddie's high school ride.? Cheers, David. ?? 1
Zippi Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 That came out pretty nice. One Bad looking ride man. 1

Kit Karson Posted May 11, 2023 Author Posted May 11, 2023 An outstanding number of '29 Roadsters were on the table behind the Slice & Dice Duo... 3
bill-e-boy Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 What a kool combo - both have turned out exceptional. Congrats on the hard work in getting to the finish line. 1
blunc Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 it looked great in person! One observation voiced by more than one builder at this event, with so much talent on display...no one envied the job the judges had to do (it was rumored that it took eleven hours for the judging to be complete). 1

Like the injected Lincoln V-12, I remember one of my friends in grade school had an older brother that ran one of engines in a dirt track super modified against the Chevy small blocks, didn't win anything but it sure sounded different and was a great crowd favorite. I'm curious about that lavender Roadster on the turntable, what kind of engine is in that? It almost looks like an Offy, or heaven forbid a Jag.... in a Model A???
