Those wheels are beautiful. I remember building that kit as a kid. The chain drive was the coolest thing.

Stopped back by WalMart yesterday and they had a "fresh" shipment of models. Had the Black Beauty, Chevelle El Camino camper, 69 Cuda, 55 Nomad, John Wick Chevelle, some of the snap-kits and Craftsman series Pontiacs, also the Mach Won Mustang FC. The Mustang followed me home.

I picked this unopened kit at the flea market for $20. because I see it has a supercharged Lincoln engine as an option.😎 Anyone know if it is any good?

HOT! Off the megahobby line. Should have ordered two of these beauties. After looking through the instructions - the way the side mirrors are put together is a first I’ve seen.

If I am correct, the Fruit Wagon is derived from the Double T kit.  And elsewhere on this site, the engine is said to not be a correct Lincoln

Yeah the engine in the fruit wagon is early to mid 60s tech, Designed for kids to put together. But now the kids are Seniors, Enough said.

I've seen reviews on Youtube and it's well liked,i pre ordered a coupe from Hobbyeasy in September hopefully mine will be sent soon.

I did that kit a few years ago and really liked it, I got 2 full builds out of it. There are alot of options and ways to build it so have fun.

I've been eyeing this kit for quite some time and have nearly bought it several times but always found another kit of more interest to buy.  Looks like I'll be a viable candidate again, but in the white styrene instead of the older black issue.  Thank for sharing your builds and stoking the fire again Carl..

I would definately say go for it. I wish I had another one to build the fruitwagon as a hotrod
