Blue plastic and no tire burns on anything. Seller bagged everything seperate...chrome, tires, glass. I got it for under 50 bux with free shipping too. happy happy joy joy. My sister was nice enough to give me a Hobby Lobby gift card for my burthday and I plan on going over to the US this week. I need a new pin vice but I want a longer one, the one I have is a stubby, fine for one or two holes but gets hard on the hands with extended use.
