Tom Geiger
It's finally finished! This is the 1966 Valiant Speedster. It's a mashup between a Hemi Under Glass Barracuda and the Fireball 500. I'm pleased with the final product, it exceeds my vision. My first car was a 1966 Valiant V100 2 door sedan that I had painted silver, with it's original red interior so there is a bit of a home coming here for me. Paint is Duplicolor. The lighter color is Honda Silver Pearl Metallic and top is GM Storm Gray Metallic over their gray primer. There is a Tamiya gloss clearcoat over it all. I made the Valiant scripts. I have no idea where the wheels originated. Any ideas? I'm pleased with the final product. There are a few things I could've done better, and now I wish I went full detail instead of curbside! Spottedlaurel
Looks great Tom, the 2-tone colour treatment suits it very well. I see no issue with it being curbside, you did enough work as it is!

Plowboy
That looks so much better than the Fireball 500 ever thought about looking! It reminds me of the model Ron Savoi built by putting a '67 GTO roof on the Monkeesmobile. Your wheels are either from a Viper or the Duster Street Machine. Same wheel either way I think. Tom Geiger
Thank you everyone! It did come out better than I anticipated and I’m pleased with the results. Roger, thanks for IDing the wheels. Must be from the Duster kit since I have a parts kit.

Ace-Garageguy
Nice. Looks like it could have been one of Chrysler Corp's factory concept cars way back in the wayback.
espo
Great looking body work. Besides the head rests the rear wheel well openings look like they should have been that way. Clean looking paint and trim .
