  1. You have to admit, the internet is great when it comes to researching somewhat obscure stuff like this, and having people willing to help out in a forum like this How did we do it in the 60's? Not in the encyclopedias at the library that's for sure! I'm in watching this build! Thanks for starting it....
  2. Nice build. I gotta ask what color though...
  3. Tagging along on this one. Good start.
  4. This made my morning. Thanks for the laugh
  5. Ummm.... I just wish there were more reference pix on the site you link Thanks.... great site!
  6. I like! Great job!
  7. Very nice weathering! Love the flattie's look.
  8. Great build! Thanks for sharing.
  9. Turned out great!
  10. Following too. Who doesn't love late 60' RR's? Especially S&M stuff. I also have been meaning to pick up the S&M book on Amazon, hoping it's as good a read/reference as Da Grump's book was. I read that one straight in a couple of days and love the pix.
  11. Nice clean build. Congrats! White is definitely overlooked in builds.... looks refreshing to see.
  12. I think I like where this is headed!
  13. Nice build!
  14. Gorgeous! Congrats on a great build and I love the choice of the Olds with tucked in exhaust.
  15. What a great job! Very realistic!
  16. Great job! With summer finally hitting my area I'm struggling to find the time to finish the same '56 Ford although in Turquoise/White. Nice foiling especially... I just finished my foiling and found it to be not too bad to do on this kit.
  17. The orders I've had with the Georgia HobbyLinc site all had waits of varying lengths. With the glut of sites available for parts/paint/etc, and all being roughly the same price, I've moved on to others that seem to have what I need on-hand and ship same or next day. Works for me to buy elsewhere, and I'm sure Hobbylinc hasn't missed my business. This isn't meant to be a big criticism because their site is actually quite nice to use and their prices are in line with others.
  18. Same here. I'll be following along...
  19. Great work so far. I've always loved 67' full sized... I took my drivers license test on my 16th birthday in my dad's brand new blue Impala. To this day I'm surprised he let me take it
  20. My kinda build! Going to keep an eye on this one....
  21. Great build Kevin. Good luck with your move! Never fun.....
  22. Another vote for embossing powder. Easily the more scale-looking of the two, in my opinion.
  23. Nice and clean! Love the yellow!
