This is a customers that I did the interior on. Getting ready to install the Kelsey Hayes wires and rebuild the front suspension. I will have to pick up one of those kits. I never knew they came with the hardtop.

I have a 49 that I built years ago. I never could get the look I wanted. Maybe I should just send it to you for a rebuild. ?

AMT/ ERTL Indy car /Cart info needed
Sam I Am posted a topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I have a couple different AMT/ ERTL kits with no instructions or decals. I am having trouble finding anything on the net that shows all the cars that were produced, let alone the other things. There must be very little interest in them for so little to be available. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. Once I know what I am looking at, then I will know what I need. I have one molded in white, and three in yellow if that helps. TIA -
I was really having a problem figuring out how I could join with what I currently have. So with disconovamans words echoing in my ears, I started digging. I have about four ERTL indy cars with no tires or instructions or decals that I have not found a home for. I also have a revellogram 65 mustang body... Wheel base lines up and the body slips right over it. I might need to add fender flares. I found a set of tires that will work with four front wheels, I could not find anything wider for the rear wheels, which is probably a good thing.

Love the stance, and the wheels.

I might be able to come up with an indy car. Paint it flat black, put street tires on it, and a couple driving lights. Hmmm...

As a pink Mary Kay car blows by cop #2. Sounds exactly like a Cannonball plot line. ?

I just have to think that if you blew by a cop at 180, in a pink Mary Kay car, you might be easy to spot when he radios ahead. Just saying... But I love the idea!

I want to join, just do not think I have anything that is suitable. ?

Took me a bit to find it, but well worth it. Love how this turned out.

Wow, what a difference from what you started with. Beautiful car.

Very nice save. Weathering is spot on. I have one in the works myself.

Great trades with Modlbldr and RancheroSteve. Looking forward to more. ?

Just returned from a nice long road trip to drop some models off. Had a great time, and nice to meet Modlbldr in a proper masked and socially distanced setting. ? He sent me home with a 59 Caddy engine, decals and a 66 Impala. I came home to find the 59 caddy kit, and a set of keystones from separate trades.. All in all a great day.

I have always said that Ferrari engine would look cool in a rod. You proved it. -
I owned a 77 4Door for a few years. 350/auto. Nice car until we outgrew it. The model I am building is a replica of my old Bosses daughters 75.
