  1. What a great group of rigs !
  2. Gorgeous! Love that color combo!
  3. Been working on my group build and have it up on 10 wheels.
  4. Challenger. I am participating in the Cannonball group build this year as well. I am taking some of the components from the modern Challenger and incorporating them into the classic.
  5. I haven't completely succumbed to the squirrels. ? Finally was able to focus on one thing long enough to get the chassis up on all ten.
  6. Grest call, that is a huge improvement.
  7. And I was just thinking that I should get rid of my Tamiya beetle...
  8. Looking good Tom! The color combo is growing on me. lol
  9. I love it! Thinking outside of the box, and in one instance, even using part of the box !
  10. Its been about 11 years since I had something old to drive. Yes, the engine is a couple years newer. The engine has been rebuilt, new heater core and radiator, wheels, tires and lots of little stuff. Just needs a few little things to put it back on the road.
  11. 1953 F-100, and tickled pink.
  12. Thats ok, it will burn off in a few weeks. ?
  13. Cool !
  14. I wonder if this thread would be as long as it is if Ebay had a "Build It Now" button instead of a "Buy It Now" button. ?
  15. Love the stance.
  16. You might be able to keep the hood vents and with some other modifications build a model of the 1970 Mustang Milano concept car.
  17. Beautiful truck Tom! You must have an assembly line like old Henry had, with all them squirrels hanging around. I am particularly interested in how the bed went together. Did you have any problems or have any tricks that will help me? I have picked up a couple of these beds and a couple of the matching trailers over the years. I have a huge (for me) project I am gearing up for. My father in law drives a T800 with a bed like this, and trailer. I have the AMT T600, the resin T800 kit, and this bed and matching trailer. His first one was a '96, the one I took lots of pics of was his 2011, and he currently is in a 2017. Before the Kenworth, he was in a '83 Mack with the same box and trailer, hence the reason I have two beds and two trailers. I should post a pic or two in discussion and show what I have collected, so you all can let me know what else I need to get.
  18. Great job ! It sure does look the part, and what's with yellow sheetmetal and black chassis ? ?
  19. Looking sharp! Your interior panels look familiar, I just can't place them though.
  20. I like the T-birds and Lincolns from that era. A friend of my moms had a 64 T-bird convertible that she used to take me for rides in, and my dad had both a 61 and a 62 Lincoln continental. One of our neighbors had a Convertible. I just picked up the wagon parts from that 65 kit in hope's to make a phantom wagon out of something.
  21. The 37 Pontiac is a beautiful car. I dont know why I thought of this, but maybe you could use the Black Force slammer kit for a hood. Most people, like myself, only buy them for the wheels. While the body is molded in one piece, it does have a long hood. You could cut it away from the body and it might work. Here is a pic and if you dont already have one, pm me. I have always liked the 37-8 GM cars. Here is an old pic of a 38 Buick Special that I might be acquiring.
  22. Beautiful cars, both of them. It's cool that th 61 was used in movies and ads. I love the early quad light Corvette, and if I built a version of one, it would be this one. Yes, there is a Corvette in the pic.
  23. Excellent! Love that color!
