  1. Awesome build! Truly stunning craftsmanship and detail.
  2. I realized that I hadn't posted this as I finished it amidst my hiatus. The body is Jimmy Flintstone with a Iceman chassis with a Ross Gibson semi-hemi converted to a street engine. I photo etched the badges and visor but pretty much everything else is fabricated or bits from other kits, oh except the air ride equipment which was Iceman as well. The theme was art deco in keeping with the original truck body influence.
  3. The 53 Ford pickup has a flathead in it, and if you are near a Hobby Lobby you can wait until next week and get it at 40% off.
  4. Awesome job!
  5. Well done!
  6. With such great builds coming out of this year's contest I haven't been in much of a hurry to get mine out. Here is a long overdue update. Still some body fit issues to handle because the C7R body was so much wider than the C7. I trimmed the roll cage quite a bit to make it more street-worthy. Lots of bodywork left to do. The color will be satin black with some violet accents
  7. Excellent work! Thanks for providing such detail.
  8. Looks like its sure to be wild!!
  9. Nice build!
  10. One problem is that the interiors on the Chevelles have the floor pans attached, and you add the side panels. The idea I had for that is attached, but the detail of the interior panels is not very good. You can add your own detail if you are so inclined though. Other than that the interior is a perfect fit.
  11. Awesome detail!
  12. Here's one I built last year. Its called the Zed Mower.
  13. Very well done! I had that model when I was a kid. I left my birthday party to go into my room to drool over it 'til my mom found me and ran me back out there. ?
  14. Very well done!
  15. Awesome job! That is a very nice kit. I built one a couple of years ago.
  16. This just keeps getting more and more awesome!
