  1. Good stuff. I've used leather a couple of times but was thicker but I sanded the back down to thin it. That was touch & go because you can get too aggressive and sand through it to the finished side.
  2. Good stuff Doug! What printer are you using?
  3. Wild build! Awesome work.
  4. Nice build! Well done.
  5. Nice start! I needed to do a 75 last year. I may revisit that now. Thanks for posting.
  6. Nicely done!
  7. I picked up the 57 Ford and the Hurst Olds but my wife wants me to go back and get one of the semis. I dunno though.
  8. Getting closer to getting the C7 done. Because the C7 hood wouldn't properly shut with all the C7R intake ducting in place, I decided to design and print a manifold to use a FI throttle body I had in the parts box and get rid of the crossram setup that was under the ducting. Finding air filters to work with it just became too much. I also added a front air dam because the C7R body came down lower than the C7 and there was chassis showing. I'll do some more work to make it look more finished though. The last pic is my prepaint mockup. Other than the air dam there's not much more to do, as I've done some minor fixing already.
  9. Looking good!
  10. Great stuff Doug. I've been messing around in CAD for a few months but no where close to what you are doing. Keep it up!
  11. Nice detail there Rob. I love the tranny color.
  12. Awesome job! The detail is fantastic! I'm doing one now and wish I'd gotten the paint down near as well.
  13. Nice build!
  14. Very well done! I agree, looks like the real deal.
  15. Nicely done!
  16. Very nice!
  17. I'll miss your stuff Manny but totally understand. I retired in 2018.
  18. Thanks All! Paul, my original plan was to create a curbie art deco styled motorcycle or motorbike on a trailer but that kinda fell thru. I don't think so now as I'd have to add a hitch to it and I'm kinda clumsy so I'd be afraid to make a mess of things.

    Nicely done! Well detailed.
  20. Nice pairing!
  21. Good answers. I've done it as well but a lot of folks on FB are stuck on the "never use lacquer over enamel" claim without ever really checking it out for themselves.
  22. Its a nice kit. I did mine last year and it was a joy to build.
  23. Nice build! Glad you got your windshield replacement.
