I agree with your decision not to chop the top as you are doing a Valley Customs clone. I missed that bit while scanning through to quickly looking for pix and not reading all the comments.

The top chop is brilliant work.I love that.The head lights.....not so much...just my opinion. Always build what you like and do it to your standards,no one elses.

If you have ever watched the new show "young Sheldon" they took a comedic shot at Musk in a recent episode. During the show Sheldon figures out the whole Re--entry thing and submits it to his science teacher in school. At the close of this particular episode there is some TV footage of Musk's booster rockets landing. The camera pans out and shows Musk at his desk reading.....you guessed it....young Sheldon's school paper and smiling to himself with great satisfaction. Neat show.

The center door "T" is a Flintstone resin casting and quite unique as a choice for a model project.Thanks so much or posting the image of the real steel deal.

Anyone looking at the hood/turtle deck and doubting that anyone would ever do that on a real car would be wrong. While gathering images for my Pintrest album on speedsters I found some that had indeed done just that. Nice build and thanks for sharing.

How about posting some lower angle photos instead of ones taken from the point of view of a guy sitting on top of a 15 foot ladder. Love that choice of the burgundy paint for this one. Thanks for sharing !

I like the forward and low placement of those big headlights. That visually draws the viewers eye to them and gives the whole car a lower appearance. Keep up the good work.

Musk's roadster is now officially also the fastest car in the universe traveling at over 27,000 mph. Gonna be tough to top that.

Those side windows might look very cool in a reflective glass like a lot of modern day windows with a reflective outer surface but clear from the inside.Over all a great use of "gizmology"by scrapping out outdated internal combustion era parts to build a sustainable mode of transportation.

While searching for some vintage images of Curtiss Wright Aerocar trailers yesterday I ran across some WIP photos of a scale model one posted by a jr.member with a sctreen name of 59bernard. I am building a model of a 24' aerocar right now and would like to find 59bernard for some photo swaping .Guess what...today I can't find his posts from several years ago so I can't find his given name etiher. Any help to locate him would be greatly appreciated.
