Thanks for sharing your great work. As much as I like to build race cars, I would never attempt this one. -

Nice! Can't tell what is paint and what are decals. -

You did a nice job. Built about 3 Wendell Scott cars myself. Really admire what he did on and off the track. -

This is a great forum. So many people and subjects for me to enjoy every day. Entertaining and informative. Keep it up and I thank everyone involved. -

Yep, this sucks big time! Funny thing is I just started a subscription to Fine Scale Modeler. With more and more print magazines disappearing I decided I needed a little more to read so subscribed. I'm a big fan of reading magazines, not digital. -
Wow, you did a great job on this. Thinking you might tempt people to buy the kit.

Bummer! Really liked this guy and the show Mythbusters. One of the few shows on tv that you would actually learn something.

Noticed so many people these last few months walking that I never saw taking the time to walk before and it's good to see. The funny thing I notice is how many yards that look bad. I understand a lot of people don't like yard work much but you'd think they might do it out of boredom now.

Saw the headline this morning and was shocked. Too young for this to happen.

A fairly simple kit so I used some different tires and added some things to the interior. Towels, cooler and a set of bongo drums but you can't really see them. Used Tamiya Pearl light blue.
-
This is the original Revell kit. Fun little build and the decals worked just fine despite their age.
-
Really like your model! Always wanted to do something like this but don't think I have the imagination and the talent to pull it off.
-
Cool! Always like to have plenty of figures to choose from.

Always funny and such a talented writer. Every time I think of him I see his character in The Russians Are Coming. He was so funny in that movie.

You did a great job and glad those decals worked for you. -
Went in the other day for a can of spray paint. The color I needed was out! <sigh> Looked at the models and saw the same ones that I see always. Nothing new.
-
Well I learned something today. All my life I pictured a John Lee Hooker type guy singing Polk Salad Annie and now I see it ain't even close to that. Always liked this song. Still do but ...... sheesh I feel dumb.

Such a cool looking car and you did a very nice job on the model.
-
A nice kit that went together well and the driver even fits in the seat which was good. Lots of decals but they went on without a problem. Paint is Tamiya metallic blue and chrome yellow. Added Goodyear decals since the kit doesn't come with them.

A DTR/Lindberg model with added Big Donkey Resin wheels, tires and headers. Modified the nerf bars and engine and added a driver.

Didn't know it existed but will take a look. Used to buy one once in awhile when I was a kid......50 years ago! -

That's a unique car you built and a very nice job on it. The real picture really helps to show the accurate work you did. Thanks for sharing it.
