  1. For front suspension I'd recomend motobitz mustang 2 types suspension sets, and they also do the best jag independant set I've seen(prob more 70s). I've got plenty of icemans engines and they are pretty nice but he also does pro touring frames for cars and trucks along with suspension parts. I think it could be an avenue for the model companies to explore though if they already have modern engines in other kits, sorta a modern take on the old 2 in 1 kits. For example theres a nice supercharged ls in the revent amt camaro (and they seem to pretty cheap on ebay) that I think is nicer than the one in revells corvette (it just looks undersized)
  2. I think there just the saloons Lee
  3. only america (maybe canada too) put the month first
  4. thats entrapment officer
  5. I'd try a pop up blocker, and run anti virus. I dont use an ad blocker but i do block pop ups and i dont get ads like those, just the small ones that look like threads
  6. heller did a 403 and 203 in 1/43 scale. I'm not sure if it was done in other scales though but the 43 show up on ebay uk fairly often (theres at least one of each on now for roughly $20 each) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393246133133?hash=item5b8f4bcb8d:g:k1oAAOSw6tFgd1z2 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/313513504228?hash=item48fedc6de4:g:zeEAAOSwy3RgjIzs
  7. Thats a wild boat. It sorta reminds me of the jetsons
  8. Funnily enough I disappeared down a rabbit hole this morning reading about big red, https://www.thedrive.com/news/37925/we-found-fords-incredible-turbine-powered-semi-truck-big-red-thats-been-lost-for-decades
  9. I'd check it again over the next few days, I'm sure there will be a lot more pics added
  10. I dont know if it applies for the international orders but they usually include some of their tools free, my last order from them had 3 sets of pointed tweezers, and the one before it was a pair of sprue cutters. He has a web shop too but none there either. Its only really the buggy I want but they'll turn up again so its not a rush thing to me
  11. Yeah, I went to buy one but they ran out, lol
  12. pics available here https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/custom-car-revival-2021-event-coverage.1232393/
  13. The pics aren't showing mate but I managed to extract the link for them. He did a nice job on it
  14. Maybe give it week and try a little cutting compound on them, it might just be the clear going a little funny. I've had it turn white when used over black but it polished up decent
  15. Wheel paint isn't usually cleared with the same as the body. Its just not tough enough for the abuse wheels take. Does it say on the tin if it needs clear or what type to use
  16. I saw one of the old honda insights with the covered rear wheels the other day. Funnily enough it was yellow too. Still not sure why so many ev/hybrids look like charicatures/kitchen appliances/toy cars though. Its like their trying to appeal to toddlers instead of adults
  17. Cool I think you got the last one dce had
  18. Wow!! when you said what you were building I just assumed it was a trim change, not a complete rebuild. Nice work and I'm glad I could help cos I can learn something now
  19. Nice job, I like how the 2 kits blend together without looking out of place. You nailed the proportions. I can see it as someone taking their grandfathers old home built car and giving it the modern rod treatment
  20. I think that must be later, or i wasn't paying attention. There's some shockers coming though......
  21. I was sure someone would have posted some of the liberty walk cars by now and another from kyzyl saleem, this one was being built but I've not seen an update for a while
  22. I think his attitude is a bit of a stinker, he can play the games but nobody else can against him. him probably not knowing there was a camera at the end probably doesn't help either. I like chucky's attitude far more, its very different to when we saw the detroit guys in the memphis show and it seems to be earning him a lot of respect
  23. I think its due to someone you barely know putting sharp objects in your mouth. That and when we're growing up watching kids tv/comics the dentist is always to be feared. I was the same but then my dentist was the spitting image of dr giggles
