If you can find one of the versions of the MPC "Outcast" kit, it has the same chassis. As does the Fire Truck But the chassis actually originated under the "Tognotti's T" The Outcast and FireTruck kits shouldn't be too hard to find as they've been reissued in the not too distant past.

On the site Ray says the next printing will be on July 15 so I'd imagine that it would be close to the end of the month before the E-bay guy is stocked up again.

Don't forget to send me that card # also Snake. As you know, there's lots of people out there who would like to have that information for nefarious reasons and if you send me the number I will be better able to keep an eye on your account in case of any fraudulent actions on said card. It does. It shows shipping based on where you are in the world. ,, and I'm on just regular e-bay. It's showing me all prices in USD.

Was thinking that I'd just swap in the frame and associated parts from a Revell '32 but I forgot they had the parallel leaf springs up front instead of the transverse setup like a Ford. BTW, that kit originally did come with a SBC option, at least some did and I think the original did also, along with the panel body. Was the kit you started with a "stock only" version?

I was checking it out last week Mike. The E-bay seller's shipping to me is almost $30 USD. I e-mailed with some questions and they told me the shipping for Canada would be $14.50 USD. I suspect the re-seller is making his profit off the shipping, as is his right to do so. In fact, here's the body of the e-mail. "Thank you for getting in touch! Our shipping options for Canada are as follows (in USD): Untracked Mailbox Package – Worldwide, untracked and uninsured - $14.50 Tracked Mailbox Package – Worldwide, track & trace and insured up to $50 - $27 Tracked Parcel – Worldwide, track & trace and insured up to $250 - $31 We are bound by a change made by the WPO that prohibits sending commercial goods via stamped mail. So all orders are now forced to be shipped as a package, that is why the cheapest option we can offer is $14.50. Most of our Canadian and American customers (who coincidentally make up the majority of our customers!) choose the $14.50 option and we have great success with that. Rest assured that even though it is untracked, should anything happen to the package we are happy to reimburse or resend the decals free of charge. Ray has indeed been inactive on the message boards, he says he still lurks and reads occasionally but since this hobby business has taken off a bit more he hasn't got the time to really engage much seeing as it is essentially a second job for him. I'm thinking the same thing. Tip on buying from Ray if you're not in the U.S., buy directly from his website instead of going through that guy selling his decals on E-bay. Not only is the shipping less [about 1/2 for Canada] Also they let you choose options like tire lettering and license plates and possibly custom colors. Only down side is you have to wait for them to be printed.

They were first announced in the '91 catalogue so maybe? Was the Ferrari Mythos, released in '92 a whole new kit or based on their Testarossa?

I did see that. That's the only thing I was looking for in the whole announcement. OK, so what's in there is this set, While everyone was expecting this set,, Oh well. I guess that just means Ray will be selling more decal sets then.

Odd. Mine definitely has them, I checked last night before I made that post. I got mine quite a while ago too. It's in one of those Infamous "donut boxes" Revell did for a couple years.

Well, I know the Pace Car version has them and the one with the red car on the box, I have that one. They're shown on the buildup of the one with the white car on the box so there's those three for sure. The only one left is the one with the yellow car on the box, I don't know if it has them or not. Maybe that's the one you had?

Wow, that red really makes it pop ! BTW, the hounds tooth upholstery decals are in the convertible issues of this kit.

They were in the "countdown" issue of the '66 Mustang but I do believe they were the leftovers from the last incarnation of the Autolight Special, not necessarily the exact wheels but look exactly the same on the outside. There were a similar set in the reworked '70 'Z-28, yes. They were also in the AHC-100 T-top Camaro that was the last issue of the AMT 2ng gen Camaro before the '70 rework. They were missing the lug nuts though. They were supposed to be Ansen Cross Wire, Appliance Wiremag or one of the other 1/2 dozen copies of that wheel made by different companies.
