Nice job! Weathering is spot on. What are the wheels from? They look like Western Bullets or factory Jeep wheels. -
Beautiful job on this finicky kit. It was my Achilles heel kit from the other thread.

In previous threads some have removed the molded in script, then used the decals to simulate the emblem. -
Thanks Charles. Your product is worth waiting for.

And yours could, mine not so much! -
I’m waiting patiently. I have plenty other kits to build before the Jeep makes its way to the bench. Using one of your BBC engines in a build now.

49 Ford Coupe Altered drag car
Oldriginal86 replied to Tony Coomer's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
No apologies needed. Not my thread. I haven’t run across this before and was trying to gain some knowledge. I’m building the Moebius Nova and it has leafs and ladder bars and from what I’m seeing is wrong. My apologies to the OP, Tony, for plugging up his WIP. Nice scratch building on the chassis by the way. -
I’ve mentioned it a few times before that one of the printers need to offer a Jeep 4.0. Could be fuel injected or carbureted. My project TJ Jeep may have to get a HellCat instead. I would like to do one unmodified too.

I understand how the suspension would bind, but does that mean all the gassers built here with ladder bars are wrong? -
I’m also working on two Novas. Great looking interior and engine. I would like to find a Trumpeter Nova but they are a bit pricey.

There is a Baretta in the “Trade” section of this forum now. FYI. -
These were posted on here before and I wanted to get a few. I’ll have to look for them at my LHS. That’s a bunch of trash. I’m guessing dried up paint that fell back into the bottle?

Flying Dutchman Dart Paint Question?
Oldriginal86 replied to JPolli's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Looks like three different colors that I’m not going to guess at since I have a bit of color blindness. Just wanted to comment on its rake and Badassness. -
I have the Nova kit wheels and tires.
-
What do the wheels look like? Post up a pic please.

WHATS GOING ON HERE?
Oldriginal86 replied to CaddyDaddy's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
‘86 in my driveway. I’d love to have a new or newer truck but can’t bring myself to spend that much. Every time I hear of the auto workers going on strike I know the price of vehicles will be on the rise. -
What’s your favorite paint to airbrush?
Oldriginal86 replied to atomicholiday's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Guess I’m stuck in the ‘70’s, still using the square bottles. Only difference is the cost of the paint job.
