  1. Very nicely done. Beautiful finish.
  2. 52 year old Grand Prix with a 25 year old paint job. Engine is still original with 129K. The best part is the 12 speaker stereo in the original interior.
  3. Super cool build. Well done.
  4. If only you could make your own photo etch...
  5. The 59 Fairlane with the retractable top. Revell 57 Nomad. (It intimidates me every time I open the box)
  6. That is a cool truck. I am sure there would be a lot of folks that would build one if they get one.
  7. Way Cool! I have never seen this livery.
  8. I am in the same club. My 3D printed 4 post hoists sag if the are left in the lifted position too long. However, I am glad I have them for my diorama. I have a 3D printed 1969 Grand Prix that I paid WAY too much money for. The chassis is all wrong but I bough a 70 Monte Carlo kit to fix that. I have enough parts box parts to make a go of it. I just am not yet capable to be able to body work all the layer texturing out of the body.
  9. Man! That is PRETTY!
  10. All the above. Looks stunning.
  11. Awesome job!
  12. This is a cool project. It reminds me of my 74 Hurst/Olds I completed last year. Following.
  13. I got two of my boys to do a couple. They like being with me but I think the work-to-reward factor was not as satisfying as video games.
  14. You are right. That 71 Duster is way the **** off.
  15. Beautiful build.
  16. Great job on some rarely seen automobiles.
  17. That is pretty nice, well done GTO.
  18. I used them on my diorama items in conjunction with a hidden metal floor. It allows me to move the whole thing without too much disturbance. I also added them to the feet of my "crew" to help stay upright. I have used them on one flat bed trailer to make the front bulkhead removable.
  19. I am a fan too. ?
  20. I agree. It is one of my favorite color combos.
  21. My relationship, hobby and wife, is just like yours. I agree. My situation is similar.
  22. Subject definitely. As a Day-two Muscle car fan. I am fortunate to have a whole lot of choices available. I look in my display cabinet and check my Ford, GM, Mopar balance and then pick 3-4 kits to bring the lowest count closer in balance to the others. I do batch builds so that I can be slightly more efficient with my time and can learn and correct issues on all of them at the same time. I also mix in a Semi (or two) for change of pace. I have a few kits I really want to come out spectacular but I am waiting for my skillset and techniques to improve before I tackle those.
  23. My tire boxes have quite a number of the Goodyear GS-Cs. I think Corvettes were the biggest source.
  24. That turned out quite beautiful.
