That looks great. Most of the stuff I found was 1:12 scale in the dollhouse section, the brick paper is a nice add on

Hello all. I’ve been in a rut building, and am always looking for ways to take pics of my “under glass” models. I love looking at the dioramas on this site, but do not have much room. So I thought I would take a break from my ‘57 Chevy build and try a diorama / photo box on the cheap. I’m sure people on this site have done this before, but I thought I could start with just a box... i grabbed an empty paper box from the office and started thinking. After a trip to my locall hobby lobby, I bought a 10 pack of poster board for 2.99 and 2 pieces of black an white checkered paper for .69 each. I slit 2 sides of the wide end of the box Then cut some poster board for the corners, cut a piece of poster board for the back wall and floor and laid out the checkered paper on the floor Test photo with a gen 5 Camaro I covered the sides in poster board and came up with this Thos pic was taken with the ceiling light, I thought I could do better. My wife was at a bargain store , I asked her to pick up a cheap set of white Christmas lights. I lined the lid of the box in tin foil and installed the lights Here are are some pics after the lights were installed I plan on adding some tool boxes and wall art. The box was free, I used 2 sheets of poster board at .29 each, 2 sheets of checkered paper at .69 each and the lights were 2.50. You can fold the front flap up and put the lid on to keep the inside clean and use for storage for other models. Please excuse the dusty models! I should have shined them up for their photo shoot.... i hope you like it, and please feel free to comment, as I’ve never tried my hand at a diorama or photo box before
