    Nice Willy's Dave. Thanks for the info. I'll be spraying mine with the Tamiya TS-8 Italian Red and then clear coat it.

    I got out in the garage and got the wheels painted (Flat Gun Metal Gray) before the wife got her talons in me for honey do's.

    ***BUILD COMING SOON***. If you have built this kit (and I'm sure everyone but me has) are there any area's I need to be aware of? I'm open to hear the pro's and con's on this kit and what you would have done different on your build.

    I never really look much in the motorcycle section very much but man does that bike look kew. Love that color and great detail work.

    Nice looking Mustang Mike. How did you make those spark plug wire boots?

    Killer looking Nova. I built the Revell kit some time back and sprayed the body gray and murdered everyting else out. I think I like the looks of yours better.

    Thanks for the info Peter. The spray paint is Tamiya lacquer.

    Thank's Carl. I used the decals provided in the kit. Each letter had to be cut out and applied.

    Nice looking Skyliner. I remember these back in the day as a kid. The old fellow at the end of the block had one. At least I think that's what is was, it had a retractable hard top.

    Fantastic looking Nova. That green paint and the panel lines looks so nice.

    Your Nova looks pretty good. The paint looks nice and smooth.

    I have the lower hood section off my 1960 Chevy pickup soaking in 91% isopropyl alcohol and it's been in the drink for about 8 hours and nothing. I used a stiff tooth brush on it and nothing so far. I"ll leave it there to see if it may take longer.

    I'm not all the familiar with these cars but I don't think I've ever seen that color before. Nice looking and great detail work.

    Your 30 Ford Rat Rod looks pretty kewl. The wife and I go to a lot of car shows with our 49 Chevy pickup and see a lot of Rat Rods and although I do like looking at them I don't think I would want one (1:1). At our age we have to have all the modern luxuries.

    I did get the lettering on the tailgate finished this afternoon between the honey do's.

    Yeah I remember these old dragsters from back in the day. They would smoke the tires half way down the track. Nice looking kit.

    Haha....that is sure different but very kewl looking. I like the look of the swept back radiator.
