  1. Beautiful build. Especially love the interior work!
  2. Looks better than I would have expected as a convertible. Wonder why Ford didn’t make one in the day.
  3. So much scratch building getting great results.
  4. This finished build came out amazing.
  5. Great looking build. Haven’t seen the 959 done that often. Beautiful paint work.
  6. Very clean and well executed long nose Mustang!
  7. I am still getting over Covid but got a little done today. I created the Battery box for the LEDs and got many of the components in primer. Since they will be black most are in black primer. Second priming on the body after fixing many blemishes but I am still not quite happy with the body yet.
  8. Coming along very nicely. I too have not been touching my current project. Came down with Covid last weekend and just starting to feel even mobile again.
  9. Looks like it came out nice in the end.
  10. It had been a couple of weeks since I was able to do any work on this model, but finally got some time in today. Finished up the fabrication and mods for the body. Created the inner headlights. Cut out the taillights, marker lights and dash gauges and display in preparation for LEDs. created the exhaust tips from aluminum tubing. using surgical tape to give the exposed convertible a good representation of the top texture. I couldn’t stand the toy like metallic orange molded plastic anymore so glad to have gotten a coat of primer on the body ready for sanding a filling blemishes. Can’t wait to see it in J7 Magnetic Metallic. I picked up a bottle of touch up paint for airbrushing to get a correct match for my real car.
  11. Beautiful car and perfect color choice.
  12. Wow, what a gorgeous build on an uncommon kit!
  13. Nice save on a sad promo. I love the 63 falcon convertible but haven’t seen a kit and most promos I see just seem to high to rip apart and build.
  14. Very nice tribute build. Hopefully the real one will get the same treatment. IMHO it is too far gone to keep as a survivor.
  15. Turns out very nice.
  16. What a cool mashup!
  17. Looks great, coming along nicely
  18. Yeah, I saw the 300 he has listed. Great engine but not anywhere near the same as the smaller 170/200. Things that come to mind are the separate intake manifold and head, the 200 intake is integral to the head. Also the entire left side of the engine is laid out and looks completely different.
  19. I think it is a great stance myself.
  20. Wow! The level of detail so far is great!!
  21. Oh man!! So sorry to hear that. ? As a Mustang fanatic myself I hate to hear you give up on it.
  22. Very nice job getting the details corrected.
  23. With the incredible detail of all of these 3D printed engines has anyone made a Ford 170/200 common in early Falcons, Mustangs, Broncos, etc? I have cast resin version that are so-so but would love one as nice as I see of other engines. There is a 300 Ford available but it is quite different.
  24. So cool. I really need to break down and get a resin printer
  25. A little late now, why should always white glue mock up… just saying.
