  2. I was a little unsure what I was seeing in the beginning, but when the 1:1 photos appeared a light went off! Beautiful work, especially on that trunk cover!

  6. WoW .... you set your sights high ... anxiously watching!
  7. Wonderful!
  8. Thanks for the photo ... the build is sounding cool. With all the wet weather you should be getting some good bench!
  9. Good to see you on the bench, Tom. I had to look this one up and should be pretty cool with your touch. Incidentally, I just found out my hair cutter's father was a crane operator for Maxi and I just met him there. His name is Scalese, forget first name, so you may know him. He's as old as I am and probably rode his bucket to inspect some structure ... one of my favorite inspection devises as I always trusted crane operators to move me around. )) My building has been in limbo for awhile.
  10. Interior is looking good.
  11. I'll enjoy watching. Here's a way to REALLY poke your eye out. ... This thread here has good ideas for making THIN antennas that just look right. I use insect pins and hypodermic tubes.

  15. I'm following this!
  16. This was where many GM, and other car designers got their start. I always thought of entering this but finally admitted I didn't have the creativity these guys had! It's good to see Fisher Body appearing at many NNL's
  17. I really like the body ,,,, now it needs the same creativity inside the bed .... very cool! ))
  18. that is a beautiful chop!
  19. Welcome to the forum. For new kits I usually end up at Model Roundup. They have a good selection of kits and supplies.
  20. Nice fitting!
  21. I'll have to go down and look ... I have at least one of those pickups. The dash's have to be simple but symmetry may not be perfect.
  22. wow ... don't think I have one after I learned to drive, 55 years ago. They were all pretty scary once you turned the steering wheel. I guess I've done more with '40 Fords than anything else modeling.
