Good to get the Plymouth back......

State Farm for 45 years. There is cheaper.....but my agent is a car guy and makes sure I am taken care of. When our house was damaged in a bad storm they were on site in hours, wrote a check to replace roof and even food lost due to no power.

Most of the blame. IMHO, goes to this new aero package. A perfect wedge, sealed at the 3 sides becomes a wing when turned around. Add to it....you are correct the 'wreck' started at the white flag but no one really wrecked until the end. I am just so happy Newman walked out today on his own. Thanks God.

And I had a Vac-U-Form, Thing maker, toy guns that shot plastic bullets at a high rate and fireworks available to any one, any age year round. I have all my fingers and my eyes......though old age is getting them. And I had 100 times more fun than kids today. Burned fingers and firecrackers exploding in your hand was part of growing up. Not a single parent I knew want to sue Mattel for burned fingers when you tested the Thingmaker with your pinkie! A Revell B-17 loaded with firecrackers, lit and thrown into the air was fun! Then you collected all the parts and did an investigation. I did even worse things as a teen....some of which may have killed me....but still here. I get protecting your kids....but I have no regrets!!!

As someone who has done graphic work for 30 years now......you can spot a free clip art MS WORD graphic done by a clerk a mile away...

Ryan was released from hospital today per Roush Racing......

Correct....in that era the cars had to ave OEM stamping floor pans, same TYPE suspension....IE trailing arm/coil was free to use any trailing arm/coil thus the GM truck arms use. To make a real contest model will take work. I'll build a few Salvinos kits and only add the AMT trailing arms and be OK with it. Good luck!

I pretty much agree that Salvinos should get credit for designing, tooling and manufacturing plastic kits here in the USA. It's a huge task, costly and it would be easier to make some other consumer good and make more money. BUT.....when Salvinos showed early drawings that contained the errors a number of folks, all of whom have worked in the plastic kit industry, offered free help to make the kit better and more accurate. ALL help was turned down, with a bit of attitude btw. I must add.....I think the steep learning curve Salvinos has changed quick. They now ask for help and accept it. They are trying as hard as any kit company. And the stuff coming looks great. I have at least one each of what they make......in support if no other reason. But I will still call it as I see it. If it's wrong or doesn't fit well...I'll say so. I am thankful they are here and adding to the hobby.

Agree.....everyone wants to know. It's hard being on the outside looking in. I hope that by the time the evening news there will be more.

Been going to the races since I was 5 and Dad was the Valvoline rep and he'd take me with him. I have never been so scared for a driver than last night. I thanks God it looks like he will make it.

I own one. Two things...make sure it heats up. Then make sure the vac pump works. It has a very small 'station and not a lot of pull. I made a bigger unit that is more useful for about the $20.

In some ways I like BCS better than BB and I loved it. Very different stories and arch. Can't wait to see where Saul is in the opening on the season......in the past it's where Saul is in his current day. -

Think of it as a 1/32 promo kit. -

WOW....about the same time when I moved out of my folks house I too lost a ton of stuff. Shortly after I moved my Dad got transferred to another state.......when I went to clean out my model closet.....all GONE!! Folks explained they figured I didn't want all those dumb models.........sigh......lost a lot of kits and built ups.

Here is a AMT rear vs the Salvinos rear. The Salvinos is almost the exact same size as a rear suspension unit from a Monogram 1/32 scale NASCAR Cup kit. It's a pretty easy conversion. I notch the ends of the AMT unit front member to fit inside the Salvinos frame rails. I use the AMT coils (see the holes I drilled in trailing arms) and notch the Salvinos frame where the coils land.

I am building one now using the AMT 90's era T-Bird rear suspension set up. The front is easy to mod into coil set up.

The CHiP Godge has two light vars and two sets of wheels, two push bars....lots of goodies.
