  1. It looks GREAT!!! Neat and clean...my fav!!! Also my favorite era of F1 and I driver I really enjoyed watching. A great tribute.
  2. Very slick!!! great idea and craftsmanship!
  3. Where have you been hiding that!! I wish that kit was still around. It's simple but builds into a nice model. Well done!
  4. I'd be happy to buy one without a box. Why they do not offer retail sales is beyond me......sales are sales......my money is green....
  5. Salvinos added a new tree a few kits back with coil single arm front suspension. They added GM truck trailing arms but they are under scale. AMT correct arms on left, Salvinos on the right.
  6. New bumpers and grille insert are said to be included in the Petty 442.
  7. To Salvinos credit they are asking for lots of input on their kits going forward. The first OLDS 442 was a mess. Torsion bar and leaf springs were WRONG for the car modeled. BUT.......if you watch their videos of late they ask for and are getting lots of input to help make things better. One other thing they do need to get credit for is doing ALL of this in the USA.....something others said was impossible.
  8. Wonder if this car has made AMC's 'IN' all the sudden??? $24K for this? https://www.hagerty.com/articles-videos/articles/2019/06/04/big-bucks-for-this-1979-amc-amx?utm_source=SFMC&utm_medium=email&utm_content=Daily_News_Thursday_June_6
  9. It is an amazing car......a bit over the top for me as I said.....but great to see someone think of a AMC for such a project. My photo is a crappy cell pic.....but only one close to a side shot.....most of mine are 3/4!! Either way....if it's a AMC I love it.....with 2nd gen Javelins at the top.....for me!! Thanks
  10. Well they are Mavrick decals!!!!
  11. Glad you know my business..........but my daughter is a child education specialist and she and I run events that would qualify....Thanks!!

    1907 Sears

Nice work........love to see some of those done in 1/25 detail kit.
  13. I'm not buying that 61/2 inches were added to the front fenders. I know these cars.......that fender on the 'modified' car looks a LOT like the fender on my 73. (same for all years 71 thru 74) Maybe the WB is altered....but not 6.5 inches anywhere....IMHO ONLY. The 1971-1974 Javelins front fenders are about 6 inches longer than the first Gen Javelins. AMC had no money but wanted a different look for the 1971.......look under the hood and between the radiator bulkhead and grille is a huge gap! found a pic Thanks
  14. I made these.......
  15. What is the deal with 'NOT SOLD TO THE PUBLIC' stuff???? WHY??? I'd think Atlantis would be willing to sell these little kits to anyone at anytime??? I could just lie and order them under my biz....but WHY???
  16. I have some die cast pumps in 1/25 scale........can't recall who made them.
  17. Some of my projects have spanned years.......hang in there!! Watched Fury Road the other day and thought of your build.
  18. Nice to see something other than Mustang or Camaro modified......a little over the top for me......a 1/1 Javelin and Mustang owner.....
  19. I think I'll buy the Supernatural Chevy and use it as a lazy stand in for a Dirty Mary Crazy Larry 70 Chevy............most will not notice....
  20. Varies a little team to ream and year. Semi gloss black and a natural steel/nickle color are a safe bet. Only way to be 100% is find a engine photo of the car modeled.
  21. I checked in with all folks I know in the area.....all good thank God!
  22. AMC Javelin kits were on one company's to do list.....but due to changes they no longer are. I supplied input to the project and was very excited........now even more disappointed. But I am bias.......
  23. Just got another order in mail.........what great stuff & service.
