Cell phones and social media are the cause for such fragmented attention spans. They all contribute to a barrage of distractions. Our brains do not multitasking well and all of those distractions reduce our ability to focus.

Unless you are having an issue with ads covering content then I think it worth putting up with the ads. I see several issues with paying for the site. Some will not have the money to spend. Others will be unwilling to pay. And finally what about those who contribute Wips, tips, and other useful info. Should they have to pay. Plus who's going to handle handling the administration tasks. Just don't see paying for the site is a good thing.

The unwritten rule of estimating time for project. Make your.best estimate and then double and then go up to the next time unit. For example if you think it's going to take 5 minutes then double 8it to 10 minutes and then change the minutes to hours. So that 5minute project will take 10 hours to complete.

I lost interest in watching the triple crown races when on of the horses broke a leg running the race a number of years ago. They tried to save him but eventually he was euthanized. The inbreeding makes them subject to being easily hurt and I found that very disturbing
