As a GM fan, I always liked the Canadian Chevy/Pontiac hybrids. This one is SO cool! Especially if someone did indeed shoehorn a 421 SD in there! It must have been quite a beast! Of course, it probably would be no slouch with the L79 327 either! -
Great job! I really like the color!

Liquidating entire collection of models and models supplies.

Most likely you will get more selling individual models vs selling the lot to a dealer, etc. But, you will work harder for it. Selling individual items will mean either taking them to shows (loading/unloading, sitting there all day) or selling on eBay (or similar) this takes a lot of time and costs money. There is no guarantee you will sell it all. If you can get a dealer to give you $10 a kit and you have 400 kits, that's 4k in your pocket and they deal with all the previously mentioned. If you go that route you will have to give up some profit on better stuff, but you will probably be sneaking in some duds too, like Nascar or C4 Corvettes. -
Super job! Great looking race team!

I really like it too! It's based on "The Magician". An independent Australian movie. You can see it on Amazon Prime. The series is better, but you can see where it got it's beginnings in the film.

Wow. Great pics! I thought these were a lot more modified than they are.

Very true. To me it just seemed like a kit that should have cool box art to go with it. Those who know what it is will buy it. Period. I will be getting 3 or 4, especially since it is going to have the extra hemi engine, etc.

Cool! Nice little hot rod. Good stance and big block power, what's not to like?
-
This is cool! I like what you are doing with the engine! Stance looks good too. Maybe go to a craft store or ebay and get a bag of watch parts, gears etc. They sell them both places. That would help with the interior and steering wheel details.

I saw something cool yesterday, July 4th......

Yup, that is exactly what it was. And would make sense with the direction it was going. Thanks Snake! -

Yeah, I think I was WAY off, looking again I am betting it was a C-47, The color scheme was the olive drab with a gray belly. There is at least 1 in the area and it has the invasion stripes on it. I am no expert with planes, as anyone who is would be able to tell by the fact that I probably misconstrued a common plane with a very rare one. Perhaps wishful thinking on my part? When I was googling I saw that the only B-26 that can still fly was pretty close to what I thought I saw, so I though I might have gotten lucky. I really wish I would have had my camera, then someone would be able to say for sure, but most likely it was the C-47. I think my memory was distorted and I was thinking the cockpit was further back and the nose a little longer, but when I look at underside photos of the C-47, I think that is what it was. -
I am at my Mother-in-laws house in Rockledge, Florida. On the 4th, I was fishing in the lake behind the house when I heard the engines of an old plane. I look up and it was a WW2 era dual engine, medium size. I am not an expert, but I am almost positive it was a B-26 Marauder. Unfortunately, I left my phone inside and didn't get a pic, but I googled it and I think that is what it was. It turns out, the only one that is still in flying condition is/was not too far from here. That one is or was at the Fantasy of Flight Museum in Polk City. The color scheme is different than the one I saw, but most of the stuff online was from a number of years ago. The one that flew over had the black and white "invasion" stripes on the wings and fuselage, the pics online didn't, but I think the plane may have changed hands or got a repaint. Anyway, the sight and sound of it were awe inspiring and I felt really lucky to have seen it, especially on the 4th of July!

Wow! Video of purchased collection!

It is funny what they chose to make a fuss over in the videos and what they passed over. -
IMO, it is not the best composition. If your intent is to sell the Mooneyes dragster, it would seem to me that IT should be the main subject that attracts the eye, centered or slightly above center and with the most detail. The background should be there to support the subject and provide the viewer some context. It kind of does this, but it should be cropped much tighter. At the end of the day, we just want the model, so it doesn't really matter, but this could have been a really cool one.

Very nice work! Your attitude is very admirable, learning from doing and then building on it to improve! That is how you get good at doing things and a great lesson for all of us here!
