  1. I have ordered a number of parts from action-modeler, mostly transmissions, and they are excellent quality. In fact, I just got 3 C-6 Ford transmissions in the mail today! Items are packed well and arrive quickly, which is not always the case with resin items.
  2. That's cool! I remember seeing it when I was doing google searches for the Monogram High Roller kits. It pops up in image searches. I was considering giving a Monogram '55 Chevy street machine a similar treatment.
  3. Hi Larry, I have instructions for the Camaro (2201). Unfortunately I haven't got time to scan them in right now but remind me again later today if you haven't been able to find them anywhere else. Thanks so much guys! Big help. I have a started later issue Chevelle (the "Heavy Chevy" version molded in blue) that needs to be stripped and is far from perfect. I was going to build it into a stock car, but now I am thinking High Roller clone. I also have an unbuilt Monogram '69 Camaro which is so distorted it seems a natural for the 'High Roller" treatment, I won't do anything else with it. I thought I would combine them with the current issue GMC "Big Game Country" parts to make my own versions of "High Rollers" because the originals are bringing WAY too much money on Ebay. It looks like the parts for the Luv, Camaro and Chevelle were similar and lighter duty, so I will have to adapt the GMC 3/4 ton parts with some scratch building, but it shouldn't be too hard and I am not worrying about perfection, the original High Rollers were simplified and a little absurd anyway.
  4. I am looking for the instructions for the Monogram High Roller '70 Chevelle, '69 Camaro and Chevy Luv. I checked the Drastic Plastics instructions site, but did not see them there. Also did a google search and still could not find them. Any help appreciated.
  5. 100% hot rod goodness! Great chop, stance, wheels/tires and engine!
  6. Beautiful job! Really clever idea! Great color, wheels and stance!
  7. That's really cool! Great job!
  8. Competition Resins makes a nice one. You can get it through Slixx Decals on their website. I ordered some resin stuff through Slixx before Covid and they shipped very quickly and everything was packed nicely. The current mail situation could slow things down now though.
  9. Great job on this restoration! A huge amount of work, but it certainly paid off and you have an outstanding and unique model that also has sentimental value.
  10. Nice job! Looks like it held up well!

  14. Super job! One of the best builds I have seen of this kit!
  15. Man, you really pulled it off! Just the right amount of color and variance in sheens to make it work!
  16. Fantastic work! Excellent weathering and details!
  17. That really looks good! Nice job!
  18. They made a '28 Ford Pickup, it was a roadster body though, not the closed cab shown here. It had a box similar to the '32 Chevy and a small block Chevy engine. Also had independent rear suspension, maybe Corvette? It's a pretty nice kit for the time.
  19. Super job! The under hood details are great!
  20. Is that a real truck? Your pics and the build quality are so good I had to do a double take!
  21. Super job! Great color scheme and attention to detail!
  22. Another super build! Great stance!
  23. Great job! Always liked the color scheme of this car!
  24. Nice job, especially considering it is a 24 build!
