  5. That's cool! It would look great on a rollback or in a garage diorama. Lots of nice details there!
  6. Another really great build! Nice work!
  7. Wow! Those are cool ! Nice job!
  8. Beautiful job!
  9. Super job! Looks great with the decals and added decals!
  10. Looks great! Love the color! I would love to see AMT bring this one back, like the Nova wagon......
  11. Having some experience with the Tom Daniel 1/32 funny cars, it looks like it would not take much to combine the 1/32 '71 Firebird and '69 Nova bodies with the f/c chassis for some cool variations.
  12. I am guessing they will continue the 40% kit sale, maybe once a month. If so, I will wait until then to buy models. I pretty much used the 40% coupon on my phone nearly every time I have gone in for something, but I will not buy the models at their retail price. I have access to 3 Hobby Lobbies in my area and before the Covid sitiuation, there was usually a pretty decent selection of newer kits. Hopefully things will return to the way they were when this is all over. If not, I have WAY too many models anyway, so I will just buy less and find deals on the internet.
  13. I say do what you want. I don't think it's rare. Use the parts to make something unique.
  14. Cool! A Supra motor is a clever swap! You mentioned the pro street chassis, I am in the process of fitting one under my '63 wagon. Seems to be working fine.
  15. Wow! Fantastic build! Could easily be mistaken for the real truck!
  16. Excellent build! Nice work!
  17. Beautiful work! Probably the nicest factory stock version build I have seen!
  18. Cool! It is always great when originals are saved!
  19. Looks great! Nice work on the V6 conversion!
  20. I got the Yakamoz drill today and while it I did not try it, it looks like it will work. Of course, after I got the one I posted above, I found one with a variable speed control, but it is costs more. https://www.amazon.com/Yakamoz-0-3mm-Adjustable-Electric-Aluminum/dp/B075SZZN4J/ref=sr_1_1?crid=12008J6R1YPS1&dchild=1&keywords=yakamoz&qid=1610727152&s=hi&sprefix=yaka%2Ctools%2C149&sr=1-1#customerReviews
  21. Nice job, I like the color!
  22. Stunning! Beautiful build of one of the most perfect looking sport cars ever!
  23. Thanks for the tip. I went to the Micro-Mark site and they have the screwdriver but the chuck is on backorder and not available right now. So, I went to Amazon and bought this one: https://www.amazon.com/Yakamoz-0-7-1-2mm-Electric-Aluminum-Portable/dp/B06XGV1FYH/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Yakamoz+0.7-1.2mm+Mini+Micro+Electric+Aluminum+Hand+Portable+Handheld+Drill&qid=1610595520&s=hi&sr=1-1 I don't know if it is any good but it was $20, so I took the chance. I hope it works, I am tired of using my manual pin vise! You can buy the same screwdriver you have on Amazon for less than $20, but I didn't see the chuck there either.
  24. Looking good, as usual! I like what you are doing with the engine and interior. Although I love traditional hot rods and customs, I did even back in the 80's.This style street rod is what I grew up with too, so I understand having a bit of sentiment for them.
  25. Agreed. Very nice items. I got some steel wheels, BOP TH400 and M20 transmissions and the B&M Hydro stick trans with Chevy bellhousing. All excellent castings!
