  1. Neat little wagon Ray! People are having a lot of fun with this simple kit!
  2. Cool! I always liked those little MR2s!
  3. And you invent new words when they don’t! ?
  4. During my brief escape from capacity today (I went to beer store) I saw this early Corvair convertible on a tow dolly. Looked nice.
  5. The only issue I heard was that Trumpeter put a gas cap on both sides. You will need to fill one.
  6. And check household sources.. I know someone found a kitchen strainer at the dollar store that had a good mesh.
  7. Here’s two old customs I own that were no doubt built back in the heyday of the early 1960s! This was the original issue of the Vicky. It’s survived well, and the coolest thing about it is that the original builder glued the body to the rear tires to act as a hinge. It has a metal axle and it works to allow the body to lift and lower. Gotta love kids engineering! One of my favorites that I call “The Duesy Duece”! Beyond cool!
  8. Interesting! I just went through all 14 pages, it’s a shame how many of the early photos are now gone!
  9. Very nice model! And I love the rest of your shelf.
  10. I like it! Typical 70s junker! With the cult following on Pacers today, a real one would need to be restored!
  11. Only too much if YOU think so! I’ve been hiding from Covid and work a few hours every day. Hate to say I’m actually getting tired of it!
  12. When I was ten I lived in Jersey City for that year. An old man on our street would send me to the store daily for two packs of Chesterfields.. I don’t remember the numbers but there was a few cents left for me to buy candy.
  13. Turkeys certainly can’t
  14. Ah! But it is creation. I challenge you to build that, panel for panel, loose trim sticking out and all! In fact when I first saw the photo I thought those were models and I was admiring the attention to detail. Same was done at New Jersey shore to shore up reefs. When there’s a drastic hurricane a few will wash up on shore!
  15. Yup, I used to own a 1960 Buick Electra.. as I was taking door handles off a 1970 Impala we took to the demo derby, they looked awful familiar.. yes, the exact same ones! And no doubt the Olds too!
  16. Looks great Ray! You are getting g a lot done lately! And those Novas are a cult hit fir sure! They’re making it right from the shelf to benches across the country!
  17. The easiest way to get a photo from your phone to your computer is to email it to yourself. I do it all the time
  18. Looks great! It's fun to have a family car come back to life!
  19. My cousin is now in Death Valley near Teakettle Junction. Today’s photo from him.
  20. You won’t regret buying this! I’ve had mine since September and kicked myself for not doing it sooner. I use rattle cans with mine without issue, just get some extra filters cheap before you need them. I bought a cheap light set at Walmart. Self adhesive strips, but I need some better adhesive. Plugged both lights and booth into a power strip so they come on together.
  21. My store gets its shipment every Monday. You see all the HL reusable cases stacked all over the store. I don’t believe they have a stockroom or hold anything back at the store level. Everything the warehouse ships goes right on the shelves And I had to laugh.. these bunnies were in clearance area for $1.49 each. At first I thought I’d get a few for my wife.. then I noticed they’re all missing an ear!
  22. Can’t wait to see this one finished!
