Beautiful paint color and finish. The engine upgrade looks like that is the way it should have been. Like the custom grill design.

Great looking paint work to get the sun burned look. The chrome body trim all looks well done. Like the stance along with the wheels & tires.

Like the idea of the extra steps removing the bed from the interior and adding it to the body. The added trim around the top of the bed rails looks far better.- 100 replies

As the saying goes " Looks like it has been ridden hard and put away wet". A term usually referring to a horse though. Realistic looking body damage and rust. May have even been a PD car at one time?

Beautiful color and finish. The white interior all looks correct for the SS. Nice to see these done in the showroom style with all the extra details.

Great looking paint color and like the clean looking trim.

Based on the cross bracing of the frame would lead you to think this is for a convertible and the front suspension sure looks like maybe the Revell '57 Chevrolet Convertible.

I have used some small parts that I stashed away over 20 years ago, just have to find the right project and remember that you have the part somewhere. -

Most of the cities in the KC Metro including the little burg I live in use the push bars. I like them since it makes them easier to spot in my rear-view mirror. -

Beautiful looking paint color and finish. Like the Pontiac OHC engine idea. The body trim finish and the stance look great. Wish someone would reissue this era of Chevrolets. -
Great looking chassis detailing. The interior is so well done makes you wish this was a convertible so it would be easier to see.

Great looking changes to the body. Like the color selections.

Like the look. Nice engine setup and wheels & tires. -
Very impressive body work. Sort of like a Jig Saw Puzzle.

Bright color combination looks very mid '50's as Ford offered this combination in 1955 and 1956. The break between the colors is nice and crisply done. The interior color goes well with the body colors. Like the stance.

I know locally that it is common for people who aren't even impaired to run into cars and trucks as well as police cars sitting on the side of the road. Beyond the questions about proper maintains, I noticed none of these vehicles had the "cow catcher" style front bumpers that are common in many jurisdictions. A few Pit Maneuvers can do a lot of damage without those bumpers. -
There are a few options available as to the type of lenses for your eyes. This would be best discussed with the surgeon doing your operation. The doctor would be better able to explain the differences and help you decide which would be in your best interest. I went with a normal long-distance lens since I also have a stigmatism in one eye that requires me to use "reader" glasses for reading and real close work. For the computer per his suggestion, I'm using some 2x over the counter glasses with a filter to protect my eyes from the computer glare. I also got a Veralux type glasses that have a normal lens and a lower portion designed for reading and they will darken in the sunlight.

Beautiful looking finish and you can see the reflections on the roof and trunk lid.

Having done the same thing a few years ago I agree. Didn't know how bad it was until I got it corrected. As I'm sure you're finding out your eyes are far more light sensitive than before the operation. At first it can be like staring into a headlight to go outside on a sunny day. As long as you don't need a prescription lenses just about any good pair of polarized sunglasses should work.

Like the color and finish the base model white grill and bumpers add to the look. -
As others have mentioned, even getting on the forum has become a problem. Yesterday and again just now I had to make several attempts and even then, got bumped off a couple of times. Often an error message comes up after the little ball in the upper corner of the screen had been revolving for more than a few minutes. While moving around in the site and trying to read others posts it is like I'm on the old dial up systems. I understand that there is a lot that goes into running the forum and that those that work with it put a lot of effort into doing that, but I think if they are aware of the problems they will be able to fix them in the near future.
