Slotto Posted November 21, 2023 Posted November 21, 2023 Splashed some pearl tangerine on this Cheyenne then assembled the bed. I'll respray the bed once the pieces have melted together.

Straightliner59 Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 I made this cutoff saw holder/mandrel for the mill, in spite of @iBorg's advice against it?. I can use it as a slitting saw, to a point, too.

It’s molded in red, and bled through in a couple of areas, but I think I can live with it. Still needs some detail painting, but it’s getting really close now. Uh oh. I better find an excuse to shelve it pretty quick, or I’ll break my streak of not finishing builds.? Here’s a sneak peek mock up. This is the best Boxster build I have sen ever !
NOBLNG Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Not model car work, but related. I built these little holder drawers for my Vallejo and AK paints using some scrap wood and. 1” hole saw. 3

oldcarfan Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 (edited) I finished my second build of the year, this Porsche, then I started sorting through one of three huge boxes of kit parts that has followed me around for several years. So far I found enough parts to build a parts box Monogram F-350. Edited December 2, 2023 by oldcarfan picture
JJ Deuce Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 working on another $13 Ollie's kit. Building the Bonneville curbside, just to practice some paint and other techniques. I got some primer on the body, and tried the embossing powder for carpet in the interior.

PatW Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 Nearly done, a few decals should do it after cleaning up around window seals, Fujimi 356 1500GS. 1
Brandon17 Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 I’m working on three projects and about to start a fourth but any night I get to hit the bench, which is tough with my schedule, is an accomplishment. Wish I could do it everyday! 1
OldNYJim Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 This isn’t a complex enough project to justify it’s own thread, but I’ve been messing with a salt-flats Bug for a few weeks and got the urge to lay down some candy on it tonight… 3

PatW Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 The kit decals fell apart so using stash number plates and tyre decals, tyres first..

I need to figure out an ‘interior’ - this is curbside 3D printed body so there’s not a LOT that is visible anyway, but it needs a seat, dash and steering wheel at least…
