Bucky Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I know, I know, I know.......they're gonna re-issue the '65 Lincoln station wagon kit! (With Coca Cola decals.)

If it’s not a new wagon, I hope it’s something we haven’t seen in a long time like the 66 Nova wagon in the race set artwork...

Well, that would be new. There never was a '66 Nova wagon kit. There was a '63, but it got butchered into a funny car. Edited February 8, 2020 by Rob Hall
1930fordpickup Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I would guess if it was a new kit the 66 would be the cheapest way out for them. This kit maybe new enough to be cut from cad.
Bucky Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 An unusual wagon subject would be to take the old Polar Lights '65 Dodge Coronet and tool it into a wagon. Might take a bit o' work, though.
stinkybritches Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I would love to see a 60/61 Ford Ranch Wagon.
RichCostello Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I think that the new wagon kit will be a "Radio Flyer"!

Richard Bartrop Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 A '59 Chevy wagon would be pretty cool, and I think the El Camino is already most of the way there.
espo Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 The '59 El Camino would only need a body cast as a 2 door wagon or even a 4 door wagon. The Tail Gate is already there. Just add a roof and a couple of different interior panels. The chassis, while somewhat plain by todays standards, already has the correct Fuel Tank and other basic features.
Richard Bartrop Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 And if you just have to have all the extra detail, I suppose you could swap parts from the Revellogram '59.

wrenchr Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 (edited) With the announcement / release of the Impala I'm going to go out on a limb and say it is the Griswold Family Truckster. Maybe the recent Ford cop car reissue, use that chassis? Davenport!!! Think you hate it now wait to you build it. I do not think a vista cruiser will happen. crushed. stitchdup Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 personally I hope its a typo and they missed out volks
Jon Cole Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 Since we are tossing longshots, maybe the rare Corvair Lakewood Wagon. Made for just two years ('61, '62) Stock, taxi(!), or lowrider.
afx Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 USCP offers a BMW E36 Touring trans-kit. http://uscp-ua.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=63&product_id=560
Motor City Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 (edited) Here's our family's '68 Wildcat and '68 Vista Cruiser. I took these photos in the Spring of 1971. Yes, I want 1/25th models of both! Grandpa's '71 Caprice is in the background of the first photo. Edited February 13, 2020 by Motor City update

Snake45 Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Speaking of which, whatever happened to the AMT '64 Corvair molds? I don't recall it ever being reissued in any form including custom or race modifications. Any chance those molds could still exist?
khier Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Any full size wagon between 1949 and 1978 is welcome. Especially 1959 Dodge, 1958 Ford, Edsel, Mercury..... 1960 Ford.... 1965-1970 Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, and Chevy of course.... and although not full size, mid-seventies Malibu, Cutlass, Century, and LeMans Safari.
ranma Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Well since everyone else wants to speculate, And since Round 2 reissued the 1/16 '55 Nomad. Maybe this will be the wagon ???
