vamach1 Posted November 17, 2021 Posted November 17, 2021 Please keep Norman in yout thoughts and prayers. Here’s a note from his wife Mary who I’m sure some of you have met at model shows.
Bob Warfield Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 This was posted on Facebook a couple hours ago. Norman Verber will undergo multiple bypass surgery Friday or Saturday. Norman anticipates it will be several months before he can resume production. There is quite a bit more information but this old 2 finger typer would still be typing till midnight. Thanks, Bob 1 1
Jon Haigwood Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 Reposting this from my FB Model Page " Norman Veber, sole proprietor of Replicas & Miniatures Co. of Maryland, will undergo multiple bypass surgery on Friday or Saturday, as soon as a bed is available at Un. of Maryland. Speaking with Norm, he anticipates it will be several months before he can resume production. He is, and always was, a one man operation. He casts, packages, prints kit instructions, boxes products for shipping and makes post office runs 2 or 3 times a week. His large operation is in his basement. He will be unable to use steps for quite some time, in addition to all the other aspects of self employment. Please keep Norm in your thoughts and prayers and be patient. This is NOT !!! the end of Reps & Mins. It is just a medium-sized gap in the timeline of this iconic aftermarket company." 4 1

lucky 130 Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Prayers for a speedy recovery. Been there done that. You'll be going up and down the stairs in no time, and back to work slowly with in 6 to 8 weeks, if all goes well. Do what the Drs. tell you and you'll be fine. DON'T become a couch potato. Be thankful and feel blessed. You are. Mike
