happy grumpy Posted December 21, 2021 Share Posted December 21, 2021 Did this one last year, as the frame was a little warped and the kit was missing some parts , I decided to build it as a derelict rotting away in a field. The peeling chrome on the bumpers were done by first , stripping the chrome, then painting them red brown before foiling and then like in real life peeling bits of chrome. I remember being young playing in junkyards seeing that thick chrome peeling right off when we would pull on large pieces. Chrome back then was very thick.
