  1. Oh yeah, love the color combo on that, that is slick with a capital S!
  2. Got the bed and interior stuffed in it over the weekend
  3. For me, it’s the fact that I really don’t build in the good weather months, just too much other stuff to do and enjoy, but with the weather starting to change, I got the fire again, and when the flame was reignited, I painted about 8 bodies. Those are all lined up in plain sight in my model room, and every time I look at them I get fired up.......
  4. That’s looking great, interior is amazing
  5. Thanks guys. Sam, currently have 10 projects going, all in various stages of work. More than I like to have going on, but it’s good to have other stuff to do while paint or primer or glue is drying .......
  6. So, puttered with this a little today, did some dash work, got my mismatched seats painted and chromed up some window cranks and door handles ( replicas and miniatures items), still a lot to do on this ‘project’.
  7. Boy oh boy, you nailed the color, absolutely perfect for that car. Also, great idea on the cargo area, perfect solution. Coming along beautifully.
  8. I like it, cool idea on the T/A stripes.
  9. Seems like they were always mounted to the drip rails, as the roof itself isn’t very strong ( as far as bolting stuff to it).
  10. Have never seen AMT rigs there, nice score.
  11. Fabulous build and great back story, well done.
  12. Thanks guys ? got the wheels done ...
  13. Cool start. I kinda like the second wheels pictured.
  14. Got the trim done this morning, it’s starting to look like something now...
  15. That looks great! I’m a big fan of different colors on stuff , I built the first version of this kit and opted for a different paint scheme as well, sorry to hijack your thread with my pic
  16. The wagon builds up real nice, one of the easiest /best fitting kits I’ve built
  17. That is cool, glad you are reunited with your magazine.
  18. That looks fantastic, well done.
  19. I have my chair and my popcorn, ready to watch this one evolve......
  20. Bill, cash is dead, do that deal in bit coin??
  21. Good looking build , I love your zest for the mutts?
  22. It’s always good to walk thru most of the isles at hobby lobby, one never knows what you’ll see that will work for something you hadn’t thought of yet, as in, ‘oh, look at that, that’s interesting, maybe that’ll work for_______’ and ya, sometimes clearance stuff is hidden in plain view in a middle isle display. I find more cool stuff walking the isles looking for my wife , lol.
  23. Absolutely stunning, fantastic build and attention to detail, well done sir!
  24. I’ve gotten in the routine of pooling the molotow chrome on some scrap plastic, then use a toothpick, small brush or one of those small fuzzy tipped plastic deals to apply it, way better control and it looks just as good.
