  1. Great start on this Bob!! I've got 3 of those 66 Nova Pro Street kits and they work GREAT under just about any car for pro street conversions. One day....I hope to actually build one of those Pro Street Nova kits instead of constantly parting them out.?
  2. Bring it man......?
  3. Very nice work on the bottom of that car Mike. Little bits all keep adding up man.
  4. Picked up a couple of things from Joel a few months back and was VERY pleased. You da man Joel.
  5. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner on this Ron. Going to use Bahama Blue Metallic looks like.
  6. Thanks alot buddy Carl! Great to have you on board Mike. Gonna have to check out your latest project. Thanks Craig. Your Mustang turned out tops. Love the color you chose on that one. Thanks Roger. It's been pretty crazy alright but am getting through it all one step at a time.
  7. This really turned out well Craig. Enjoyed watching it all come together.
  8. I know exactly what you're talking about in regards to the wheel/ tire fit. I sanded the heck out of the wheel backs as well as the back of the chrome wheel to get the fit right. Your finished car does look really good Craig. Love the color you chose. I actually called AMT about the box art versus the finished build stance. My car had the stance shown on the box art and I had to do some fancy foot work to get the stance on my model to look like that. Going over now to see your car here in the Under Glass section.........................
  9. Just saw this. You ask a very good question here as I actually did have the '70 Charger "in stock" for a little bit. I'm decently certain that the 1970 chassis is the same as the other two Monty. Will check into this more in detail man.
  10. Well.................I had some time yesterday and the humidity was low so I spent a little over an hour prepping and applying the gloss coat onto this puppy. Here she is after the clear shoot. No polishing or anything just yet and this is the turnout. To say that I'm very well pleased with this would simply be an understatement.
  11. This was definitely a fun build to watch come together Gareth. Nice additions throughout like the open trunk, scratchbuilt trunk flooring, vent window open and the open headlight doors. Terrific work.
  12. Very nicely done Gareth. It's not often that a Charger build is seen with the headlamp door open. Great job on this whole build man.
  13. Any more progress on this one Patrick?
  14. Very cleanly done Pete.
  15. This goes to show that it's the modeler and not all the detailing "stuff" and extras that make a great model. Can't get over just how freekin' good this build is man.
  16. Oh HELL yeah!! Looking forward to seeing what happens here.
  17. I've always liked these cars and it was a shame that GM didn't do anything more with them than they did on the street versions. They had something about 'em.....just a cool lookin' car from about every angle. It only gets better in Pro Street form and you're doing a great job bringing this one to life.
  18. Very good work on this car Bob. That engine fit in there like a glove!!
  19. Really puttin' the works to this one aincha? Such beautiful paint work. Nicely done.
  20. I did some work on this yesterday but after I finished it just looked "off". I ended up removing the brake lines because they were .022" solder and were waaaaaaaaaaaay too big scale wise. So I backed up, regrouped and used the appropriate .015" solder I had. Dunno how I mixed up yesterday but we're on the road to progress now. I managed to get the brake lines, vacuum line to the booster and master cylinder cap retaining wire installed. I may come back to that rear brake line and re-tweak the bend in it to match the front line but here we are at this point.
  21. Coming along nicely on this.
  22. Looking good so far bub.
  23. Looking forward to seeing more of this. Looks great so far.
  24. I'm actually looking for one of those bad boys as well for the same exact reason as you are. I've had a couple of these kits in the stash and just can't use the OOB body.
  25. Frickin' wow!!!! And I do mean me some WOW!!!!! This is some impressive work going on in here bud.
