  1. It's hard to tell the real one from the model!
  2. No yellow stickers here yet. I'll be checking every day now.
  3. I'm getting this too, I used to only see this before signing in, but now it stays.
  4. That's what I'm talkin' about. I don't care what the box looks like(but I'm sure a lot of people do). With great sites like this one, and Chris's HPIguy site, it's easy to see what's in the box before buying something you don't want.
  5. Great car to drive to a Packers game!
  6. I wish I had the money to spend on a kit just because I like the picture on the box.
  7. With all of the very nice Revell 69 Camaros, do we really need this thing?
  8. Tom, I think the Moebius 66 will drop right on it with very little work.
  9. I think Moebius needs to do that Stude Golden Hawk, and while they're at it, might as well do the Olds 88 Holiday Coupe!
  10. I'm building the Revell 66 GTO now, and it's a really nice kit. With the 66 and 67 GTOs looking so much alike, I'm wondering why anyone even bothers with this MPC turd.
  11. I always paint them, mask the windows from the inside, then paint the body.
  12. Moebius is a 65, and AMT is 66 or 67.
  13. I think it would do great, as long as all the other cars were Pintos...…..just have the fire department standing by!
  14. How long do you think a Vega would survive in a demolition derby?
  15. But, what scale are they?
  16. Bill, where have you seen the Doozy pumps for $30 for 2? Every ones that I've seen are 30 bucks each. I might consider buying a pair for that price, but can't talk myself into paying that for one.
  17. I knew exactly what he was talking about, guess I'm one of those who don't realize there has been life after the 50s, 60s and 70s. I guess it sucks not to be you!
  18. Yep, you're right. I was thinking Sedan.
  19. Hobby Lobby has artist tape in a couple different colors, and widths. The narrowest size looks about right for seat belts. Couple bucks for a small roll. Make buckles with pop cans, or thin sheet plastic and silver marker.
  20. The roof on the 57 Nomad kit looks way too flat to me. I had the kit years ago, and it looked so wrong that I sold, or traded it off. I wish Revell would make a decent 57 Nomad in 1/25.
  21. I did a little test fitting and it looks like it will just fall together.
  22. I think they were Cragar SS in other issues.
  23. That's kind of the way I'm leaning. That looks like the easiest(and best)way to go. That should make using the Foose bed/fenders a good fit too.
  24. Now that's something completely different, I haven't reached that level of insanity(or skill) yet LOL. I just think a 66 version will look cool next to the 56, and that Foose kit is one of my all time favorites. That diorama is amazing!
